The course was filled with minutiae that was not representative of continuing education for a realtor. The tests were based largely on material that was covered very briefly, and my impression was they were not attempting to actually assist or educate you. The tests were terrible and sometimes covered material that was not in the course or would even require a different type of education. One example of this was a question on an exam that a home inspector would have knowledge of, but a realtor would not, and perhaps should not, since the realtor cannot legally claim any expertise in fields that they are not licensed for. Proper education requires repetition, and this course is poorly designed, poorly executed, and is riddled with errors in spelling and grammar. I developed test anxiety as a result of never knowing exactly what was going to be put on the test that was not covered in the course. I was so disappointed with this program, I purchased another course to finish my continuing education. That says everything. I would recommend steering clear of this company for any type of classes.
