Worst experience so far
Worst experience so far. Ordered a ring in the month of April. June end, received an email to pick up. Followed up multiple times but didnt get any reply to pick up. After waited 2 weeks, Had to call and asked why they are not interested to handover my stuff. This is such a frustrating moment when the paid things weren't handed over after multiple emails and calls.
Never ever buy from 77diamonds.

Wir haben bei 77 Diamonds gemeinsam den Verlobungsring für meine Freundin ausgesucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Beratung durch Frau Floriana Fakih war ausgezeichnet: Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, alles ruhig und kompetent erklärt und uns sehr angenehm durch die Auswahl geführt.
Der finale Ring ist wunderschön geworden und entspricht genau unseren Vorstellungen. Auch die Lieferzeit von rund drei Monaten war völlig in Ordnung und entsprach der angekündigten Dauer.
Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung — klare Empfehlung.

Simply exceptional!! I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The quality is outstanding and the prices are very competitive. The customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the team at the Zurich showroom was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Delivery was also quick and seamless.
