80s Casual Classics Avis 

Product as described, quick delivery. However, and this is my fault, read the returns conditions before ordering - having them delivered and then returning the trainers I purchased (as didn't like them when on) cost nearly a quarter of the value of the trainers - needs a tracked return which is understandable but at size and value there isn't a cheap option. Not blaming 80s Casual Classics and would use company again, but just need to be very sure it was the right product first.

I had an issue with my order, as I ordered I had the wrong size trainers in the right size box. Minor issue. I messaged and said I’m due to go on holiday in two days and wanted the pair to take with me, I got my receipt for sending the wrong size back and within 24 hours I had a reply of them and it was out for delivery for me. I received the order next day delivery. Couldn’t be more thankful for how quick they replied and for it to be delivered. Brilliant customer service from Bradley. And the trainers are spot on. Thankyou again

Initially my order was lost by the postal service, however upon my enquiry, a replacement was posted and this arrived with 24 hours of the query. Great service from Harry as well as Adam.

Just lately, the quality and service has gone downhill. I've just bought a couple of Sergio tacchini Orion T shirts. After being told to size up because they were slim fit, I had to return because it was hanging off me. The girl I spoke to was wrong and they weren't slim fit or even advertised as slim fit. The two replacement t shirts both had marks on but I panicked and immediately ran them through the wash because I go on holiday the next day. The sky blue t shirt looks now like it's been bleached but it's not dry yet so I'll wait and see. Never again. Cheap and nasty. As for your reply, try reading my review instead of a standard response. Your staff have no more of an idea on sizing than I do. Measure them yourself. They're incorrect along with the ptp measurements.

Terrible delivery company DPD they’ve been lying to me for the last two days saying that they’ve tried to deliver my parcel, even though I’ve been standing out side my front door waiting for them they have a genetic photo outside the block of flats that Driver sent to each other so they don’t have to deliver even though I’ve paid for a 24 hour delivery service. I would not be using this company again why they’re using this terrible delivery company who are a bunch of liars.

I have purchased several items from 80's Casual Classics over the years, every item has been quality, and as illustrated on their website, other plus points have been their service and lightning delivery times, they are "EXCELLENT" online merchants. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience this afternoon, bought a pair of Sergio Tacchini track pants online and forgot to buy the matching T shirt. Made a quick email to see if I could have a free postage label so I could order as my first order had already bern dispatched.

Harry was very accommodating and sent £5.95 to my account to cover next day delivery. The service he gave was amazing. I would highly recommend .

What can I say. Firstly the items I ordered are fantastic but more so the service. Ordered on Saturday morning and delivered to me within 4 working days….. to the other side of the world in Australia. Customer service at its best. Thanks guys. Will be a repeat offender from now. Cheers MOT. Dave

Been using 80's Casual Classics now for years and never been let down. I ordered a big order last week and I didn't realise that the polo tops I ordered were in fact the wrong size (my own fault for not checking the email confirmation) so emailed them and spoke to Harry who was 1st class. I got them sent back asap next day delivery, and Harry personally messaged back confirming they had received them and re sent the correct sizes back straight away, just in time for my holiday this evening. Can't fault the effort and customer service one bit. Very helpful and understanding too. And the clobber is top class as always. Thanks again for all your help.

I went to 80’s casual classics as I was desperate for some Diadora Titans in white and gold. They were the only site I could find with them in stock.
The pictures sold the trainers and the size guides were perfect as I normally wear a 10/10.5 but they recommended an 11 in this style. I ordered the size 11 and paid for next business day delivery.
I had regular updates on shipping from our 80’s casual classics and Royal Mail delivered them a day earlier than stated.
The trainers are beautiful. Look better than I thought they would and fit perfectly! I can’t recommend an online retailer more than 80’s casual classics.

I’ve been buying from the web site for a few years and love the clothes. More recently I’ve been visiting the Norwich store as typically I fall between 2 sizes and it’s good to try on to avoid returns. I have to say the in store team have been great, really friendly and helpful. A shout out to Myles in store who I’ve been dealing with, he is a credit to the 80’s brand. 1 complaint, I now need a bigger wardrobe 😂

Email to the company to explain etc, Brad took ownership and sorted it out, refunded delivery costs etc…..absolute top notch service !

Although had some problems with delivery date it turned out this was due to the item being out of stock and the goods having to be sourced from another shop in order not to dissapoint. Which is much appreciated. Customer service also refunded my delivery charge . So on this occasion just maybe a bit of communication mix up. Goods arrived and are great. Will definately 80s casual again .
