Terrible customer service, do not believe any good reviews on here. I ordered a sweatshirt, they sent a completely different one with their logo on it instead of what was ordered and stated their supplier changed to a new model. They refused to replace it with the correct design or process a refund and instead offered 20% off my next order - which I course will not be ordering again and suggest you do not either. Additionally the sweatshirt was poor quality and the designs were placed crooked and already peeling.

The T-shirt is excellent quality. The print is sharp, the colors pop and the stitching is super clean. Looks more expensive than its price and instantly became one of my top pieces.

They messaged me after delivery just to make sure everything was fine. That almost never happens these days. Huge respect for such thoughtful service.

A jersey I ordered for Halloween never arrived and when I checked the status, it said it was returned to sender. I wrote to customer service asking for a refund as it was already after Halloween. They didn’t respond and instead shipped the item again even though my correspondence indicated that it was no longer needed. It still hasn’t arrived! Rip-off!
