Poor service and timekeeping. Left myself and an elderly woman waiting outside a hospital for our pickup for 45 minutes. Unacceptable

Extremely unreliable and over priced cabs . Even after pre booking they didn't turn up for half and hour and when called , lying to me saying they were two. minutes away and ended up being half an hour away. They told me they had a flat tyre and that was why they were late ... they told me this story last week when they were late also ! They have a lot of drivers who will not accept dogs in the cars , even when they have been pre warned . I will not use them again .

First class service at very short notice due to train cancellation. NICU our driver in Car 662 was very attentive and ensured our comfort at all times. Highly recommend

my driver (castle stephens) is funny and chatty and he is always on time he always elevates the mood and makes the day a bit easier

Great day out in Truro but what an idiot taxi driver a2be blue estate LR69 at Tregolls road approx 9.40am 15/5/25, 2 cars crossed when lights were green (the only 2 cars at lights) but the above taxi tried to overtake forcing the 2nd car to an emergency stop, rude and ignorant when there was absolutely no room to overtake and why ? they were the only 2 cars on the road at that time, he needs to lose his licence, certainly wouldn't book a taxi with them in case I got that Ars***le

Just read the other reviews and they are all correct. RIP off. Get Uber into Cornwall and stop daylight robbery (or night). Avoid like the plague.

Take the booking in their app then don’t turn up and demand payment up front shortly before due before they turn up leaving you stranded. Absolute incompetent and don’t care a damn you’re stranded AVOID

A2B Truro are the worst taxi company ever! I wish there was an option to leave a -100 star rating. Never trust or use this company, as they are completely useless.

Well why am I not surprised to find a 75% 1 star rating. Utterly useless. Can’t do afternoon bookings because of the school runs, buy some more cars! 2 mile journey in the early evening…£40 because the driver lives some distance away! Pathetic. I’ll never even call them again.

Shocking service, do not use. Booked via email 2 days before, received confirmation. No taxi arrives. Then lied to for next 30 minutes that its coming in 5, etc. It didn't, it came 30 minutes late, I missed my train. Office staff couldn't have cared at all. New train ticket had to be purchased. No reply to my email sent since. Complete shambles of a business.

99% of these reviews are clearly from employees, as this company are horrendous. Only use them if you want to be ignored, miss train connections, be spoken to like a moron or be completely mugged off. Worst taxi company I've used in 20 years and hopefully won't be around much longer. If they miss your connections they promise a free journey but prefer to leave you stranded. A++++ for horrific customer service. If i could rate zero or minis figures i would. Never use these shysters!
