I ordered lids to fit 2.5 gallon Dairy pails based on the measurements given on their website. When the lids arrived they did not fit and when comparing to the lids I was already using that were the same measurements the Aaron lids were not the size stated. When I called I was told they were sorry and I could return them. Then they told me I had to pay the return shipping. By the time I paid for the lids, return shipping plus the original shipping I would lose money by returning them! Will never order from this company again.

I have been a customer for over 2 years now and have really enjoyed our relationship. Easy to get a hold of when you need any of their departments. Would and have recommended this company to anyone

Placed an order and then waited. And waited some more. And then some more, then a little longer. Expected to receive our shipment in the stated 1 to 5 day processing and 1 to 3 day shipping. On day 12 I contacted them and was told they did not have the items and were waiting to get them so they could ship to me. Nobody made any point to contact me and let me know what was happening. #3 weeks after ordering, I finally received a ship notice. Needless to say, we will be looking elsewhere for our needs.
