A great gift that grows with the child
I have been buying puzzle stools as baby gifts ever since we got one as a gift when our oldest was born 10 years ago (and we still use his stool). We have loved his stool! Such a great gift that grows with the child for many years.

Product arrived earlier than expected
Product arrived earlier than expected. Would have given a 5 except the CSR I spoke to when I was trying to decide on size of mattress suggested that I could go larger but I decided to go 1/2 " less and it fit good. She said the mattress is soft so it would fit. But I couldn't turn if it didn't fit because custom made. Glad I didn't listen to her advise.

Waited 3 weeks for my granddaughters…
Waited 3 weeks for my granddaughters 1st birthday gift. When I called to Check status I was told that it was on back order for at least two months. I was told that someone was supposed to reach out at the time of my order but that didn’t happen.

Unhappy with Delivery Time
I'm disappointed that I have ordered three (3) Puzzle name step stools and have not received them yet.
One was ordered in December, 2022 and I still have not received it.
I ordered two more in the beginning of February and I still have not received. I do hope I receive them soon.
I do love the quality of the step stools and that is why I continue to order them from you. But, the waiting time is not very good.
