I've made three purchases of machines from Aberdeen Sewing Machines over the last couple of years and each time the level of service has been superb. From excellent email help in choosing the correct machine for my needs, to invitations to come to the shop for in person advice and testing of machine models, to speedy dispatch, the service has been exemplary. It's also reassuring to know that I can travel a reasonable distance to have the machines serviced when the time comes without having to worry about sending them with a carrier. This purchase was of a fabulous Janome Atelier 6AE, which was an "open box" sale and an absolute bargain! And what a joy to sew with it is. I would thoroughly recommend Aberdeen Sewing Machines - what a valuable asset for the sewists of the North East of Scotland they are.
