Excellent service
I had an issue with a delivery not turning up, I contacted Above and Beyond about this and they sent one out which I received the next day. It is important to me how a company treats you when there is a problem, they excelled at this.

Good all round.
Bought a Fjallraven jacket for my other half. Was a good price, better than I could find on other sites for the same product. Arrived really quickly and postage was free. He loved his jacket so all good :)

Order not received
Been contacting company through email due to telephone number being out of service. To give me a update to my order that I put in on 28th Feb without reply. Original reply says would be posted Monday first class. And goods still not received ????? Also received further replays saying would be dispatched on the Thursday still no goods received, received a further email saying would be dispatched Tuesday first class still no products or exsplination this company has Inadequate customer service, and fails to produce goods in timely manner and within there delivery dates stated unhappy with the service hand have requested reimbursement due to poor service and inhability to provide goods advertised on website

Really good service but could be great
Really good service, best price for my tarp I could find but slightly let down by inconsistent delivery communications. Delivery was certainly within the timescales promised, but if you are going to promise a customer updates when the order has been dispatched then you need to do that. Minor, but would have been a faultless service otherwise.
