Absolute Trading Avis 

Absolutely terrible.

After Absolute coming to my apartment 4 times to fix the heating system they failed to do so leaving us with no heat for about 2 months in the autumn. The constant arguments and delays with them caused a lot of stress and turmoil for me and my girlfriend as well as some health issues due to the lack of heat.

This review was deleted already twice by Absolute, but the fact is it will be uploaded again in the future, because you can’t pretend that didn’t happen by removing reviews.

Absolute Trading team came in and transformed my kitchen to the highest of standards. They stuck to the time they estimated it would take and I got an amazing kitchen for what they budgeted me for. I will be instructing this team to do a full refurbishment in my bathroom very soon. Thank you!!

- Arrived on time within the given slot
- No fuss about neither parking , nor access to the flat , not that the washing machine was on or that he can’t touch the cylinder before descaling. ( all excuses given yesterday by BAXI engineer ).
- He fixed the issue ( no hot water since last Friday ).
- Promptly provide me with his findings reports

Absolute? More like Absolutely useless. Over the course of 3 months, Absolute visited 5-6 times trying to fix a boiler, they utterly failed, leaving us with no heating during the winter season. On top of that on their last visit they sent someone who introduced himself as "the plumber"(in our case we needed a certified gas engineer), he showed up at my door without any tools or prior knowledge of the issues with the heating system, saying he is here "just to have a look".
On their prior visit, they left a metal piece on the floor, which I almost stepped on.

If you want to be lied to, having a mess in your home after they've left and appliances broke Absolute are your guys!

Absolute Trading always tries to help as soon as possible. They have done a great job for me the last 5 years. They have been working in Canary Wharf on a few apartments in terms of painting, plumbing & electrical work: all work was done well. They are reliable and keep their promises.
