Damaged Vehicle
My neighbour had solar panels installed, and ABS Scaffolding Ltd were contracted to erect and remove the scaffolding. When the scaffolding was taken down, my vehicle was damaged. No one from ABS informed me, apologised, or took responsibility at the time.
After my neighbour contacted the solar company, ABS reached out. Nicky apologised and agreed to cover the repair costs. He approved the workshop’s quote and assured both me and the workshop that payment would be made once the work was completed.
Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances, no payment was made. Communication from ABS stopped entirely. The solar company — who were not responsible for the damage — ultimately paid the repair bill so I could retrieve my vehicle.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on my interaction, I cannot recommend ABS Scaffolding Ltd. I'm sorry, but I will be warning people of these cowboys.
