Jennifer Bryce provided good advice on choosing which offer to take and how to manage to happy conclusion for buyer and seller. The legal side was handled by Gavin Crowe and Thomas Fowler, who were approachable and gave good advice at crucial decision points. The sales costs were very competitive.
