We recently sold our house through Aberdein Considine in Ellon after only 2 days on the market. We found the whole team a pleasure to deal with from the first visit to the house to the conclusion of paperwork. Top marks go for; responding quickly to questions and always having someone available to speak to, knowledge of local market, taking time to explain procedures, always following up, and still offering a face to face meeting with the solicitor (Gary) which adds the personal touch to interactions. No hesitation to recommend this team.

Outstanding service provided from Ellon Branch. Caitlin was fantastic, she showed great professional and a personal touch which was lovely. She got my house on the market extremely quickly and i had alot of interest and sold quickly. Big shout out to Gemma also who covered for Caitlin while on holiday she was also excellent. All of the staff at the Aberdein Considine office in Ellon are good at what they do. Caitlin, Moira, Gary, Campbell, Samantha, Karen and Greig helped make my sale process easy to understand and guided it to a satisfactory conclusion, even when issues cropped up and the path slightly diverged. I always found them to be helpful and take time to explain issues as you go along. I felt glad that I had chosen them for my property sale and enjoyed most of the process.
