Oftentimes it Is impossible to get someone on the phone at Accountants World and sometimes voice mail messages are not returned. The critical and time-sensitive nature of payroll processing requires a strong and accessible support team at Accountants World

I would like to start with the fact that I've had an overall good experience. The only REAL issue that I have is that for the payroll reports, the CA ETT is not broken down for each employee. It only shows in the grand total. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this for the reports. It would make things SO much better.

Also it would be a lot better if you could make it so that all employers were on a 2 day processing time for direct deposit. I understand that there is a liability form that I can fill out, but most other payroll services offer this without the liability form and I've had to move quite a few employers to a different payroll system to accommodate. You are losing business over this.

Last item is I would like to be able to export payroll information to .iif format for QuickBooks rather than the direct link. I've had problems with the direct link and a lot of times payroll info is not imported correctly. If you were to allow for each payroll to be exported to .iif format, that would be MUCH better.

I hope you consider these things as I am looking for another platform that will do all this and would rather not switch as I like most of your features, but it is not fitting the bill overall.

The program is great to use but I have one fault to find. Our company processes a payroll for a Federal Credit Union and they brought to my attention something that needs to be changed on one of their reports. The ACH report after the Bank name it states direct deposit. It should say the Bank name. This is something that I brought to Accountantsworld's attention and has NOT been changed. This is a legal matter so I'm hoping we don't lose the client over this not being changed.

These guys have a fine product at a good price. But, when I have an issue I have to first, get someone on the phone, which can be very difficult and then hope they can actually answer my question. Some of the folks there are average at best.
