worst computer I ever bought case cracked after 5 months just by opening it. Wrote them told them what happened they decided I must of dropped it which I did not. Today I plugged in printer it cracked right above slot. Never buying this make again

It features Wi-Fi 7, OCuLink and DDR5 that expansion reaches 128GB+it's powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor that they say can reach up to 80 TOPS of total computing power.This litlle "devil" has 2 years of warranty.I call it devil because it performed no less than my school lab laptop

Acemagic Mini PC's are great , It's so Compact in size and had some Powerful features . Acemagic also gives us an opportunity to explore Portable PCs.
It also looks very Premium .

The Acemagic technical support is superb! When I had some problem with my first Acemagic, I contacted them, and within 24 hours they replied to me, within 7 days they replaced my old i7 Acemagic with a new Model S3A Ryzen 7 Mini PC, which has even a Display Port. Both the AD08 and S3A have a magnet secured side panel which can be easily pulled open to install additional RAM and SSD. It is very nice that Acemagic has installed Windows 11 Pro on both, while other vendors “recommend installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro or Home.”

The mini pc may be the most powerful mini pc at this price range. It has 32GB ram and 1TB storage, which is SSD. It uses Intel CPU i9-11900H, 8 cores. It will run most of the games on the market. The rich ports make it work for multiple monitors with the powerful CPU. There are also multiple USB ports, so it's able to connect a lot of peripheral devices. The design is elegant. It has a silver case, looks amazing. Its compact size lets sit anywhere without taking much space. The pre-installed windows 11 pro operating system absolutely adds more value to it. So far, after using it more than 3 months, it still works great. And it's been the best pc for my day to day work.

I got an ACEMAGIC AMR5 Mini PC early last year, as a way to conserve power, since I don't want to use my full setup for simple tasks like browsing the web or word processing. Setup was fast, and the unit was surprisingly punchy for a mini PC with a Ryzen 5700U and 16GB of RAM. Its still running well after a year, and I like that its reliable, takes up only a small amount of space, and sips power, which was what I was looking for.

I picked up the ACEMAGIC S1 Plus in 2024 and it turned out to be an impressive mini PCs. The size is the first draw, portable enough to carry with you yet the performance is amazing. I use it for my everyday tasks, streaming, and video creative work. And even some casual gaming. The build is solid, and I was worried about the cooling but they thought that through well. I love that it is quiet, simple, boots fast and how clutter‑free my desk is.

I originally got the Acemagic mini PC for my husband, and honestly… I regret not getting one for myself sooner 😂

He uses it daily, and every time I needed to do something quick—emails, browsing, streaming, or light work—I found myself borrowing it. It’s fast, quiet, and doesn’t take up much space at all. For such a small device, the performance really surprised me. It boots up quickly, runs smoothly, and handles multitasking without any issues.

Having ordered and paid for acemagic AX18 on 8th Nov 25, directly from acemagic, and NO updates by the 20th Nov 25, I decided to check on delivery.

Of course this is one of those companies that you have to use the "shop(ify)" app to see anything about the order. WHY??
Even though item was ordered directly from their web-site!!!

The "shop" app was of no help, as it stated
"on the way" - what does that mean?

I contacted "service" via email to ask when I could expect delivery.
This morning I found a reply which does not fill me with confidence.

Strange " it was due to ship on 20th Nov 25" the same date I question the status!!
And shopify states "on the way".

I purchased the "AX18" as MS have forced me to replace my existing "over specced" laptop to run Wondows 11.

I wonder if they will respond to Trustpilot??

The K1-5825u mini PC is overall an impressive little machine. The compact aluminum design feels premium and the Ryzen processor runs daily tasks—Word, Excel, browsing, and streaming—very smoothly. I really appreciate the dual storage option and the easy upgrade path for memory and SSD. The cooling system is mostly quiet, though when running several heavy applications the fan does become noticeable, which might bother sensitive users. Also, while the performance is excellent for office and study, it’s not designed for modern gaming, so don’t expect high graphics settings. Still, for the price, it delivers great value and reliability, just shy of perfect because of the noise under load.

I’ve been using the LX15PRO for 2 months. It’s slim, lightweight, and aluminum finish looks premium. Plenty of ports including USB-C and HDMI, so I can connect everything without a hub. Performance is perfect for emails, spreadsheets, streaming, and Zoom calls. Don’t expect high-end gaming, but for work and study this laptop gives much more value than I expected for the price.

Arrived with malware installed - Backdoor Win32/Bladabindi, a backdoor trojan which is a remote access tool known for its data-stealing capabilities. It was hardcoded into the Windows recovery, so it would not be wiped on reset. Windows was also a spoofed version, not a valid product key.
this computer Backdoor:Win32/Bladabind!ml and Trojan:MSIL/RedLine!MSR malware. These are the files endev.exe and endidev.exe in the folder C:/Windows/OsVer/. There's also copies of these on the restore information, so if you do a system restore they'll be reinstalled. It's also odd that it comes with Chrome preinstalled, but given the other malware I wouldn't trust the copy they installed.
The malware are found on AceMagic AD08, AK1, AD15. A different malware hidden inside the LED control software for the S1.
