A social worker from Achieving for Children Andrea Andrews from London Borough of Richmond is under scrutiny for reportedly putting a 5 year old child in unsafe situations while pressuring her to speak against her parents. Working closely with the carer Rozana Ross, the social worker put words into the child's mouth and allegedly covering up incidents were the child had access to knives and household chemicals while in the carer's carer (Rozana Ross). We are transitioning back to the UK after living in the states for over two years and I must say that Achieving for Children Kingston Admissions has been extremely helpful. Starting a new job, moving to new schools and homes has been quite a task for my family. AFC Kingston has been so prompt to respond to our inquiries and has guided us with our kid’s in-year school placement. Thank you to the team there!

Horrific experience. Have never worked for such an unprofessional company. Was repeatedly given the wrong information for location which resulted in 2 changes of venue and an hours wait for the interviewer, who barely gave any relevant information. Then missed the first 2 hours of training as the venue was changed and it took 2 hours for it to be communicated, while I waited at the first venue in Surbiton, then toured both buildings in Guildhall looking for the correct room. Presentations for the missed sessions were requested, but never given. Then on induction day I was handed a few notes on a student who I was to go teach about 1 hour later (travel time was 1 hour away so there was zero time to prepare.)
A week later they just suddenly ended my contract (which I was still waiting for the written copy) reason given was they didn't like that I was not pleased about being given information last moment.
They then refused the pay the agreed salary.
Now get that kind of thing can happen in job, but I have never lost a job and have been in this field for over 15 years.
I have always taken my role very seriously, and find it absolutely paramount that I should prepare well for my students, yes the lesson plan can be flexible to cater to needs on the day, but knowing basic details and important information about students especially in relation to SEND is important. And then if you truly feel someone is not the right fit or has done something wrong, even if you don't have the professionalism to address it, at the very least you should not set up lessons and sessions with new students. It's completely u fair to those children and teens who already have enough in their plate without a revolving door of tutors. Not to mention that the students were responding very well and looking forward to following classes.

I was a professional tutor overseas for many years and when it came time to move away I made sure the transition for those students was as smooth as possible, even if it meant for a few months I would need to teach them online during the middle of the night.

Achieving for children failed my Grandchildren after a referral made 10 days prior to a domestic violence incident. The service had incorrect information in their legal reports, lies thar they won't change. Complaint department fail to deal with complaints of social workers, or take accountabilitie for mistakes of the service. Lin Ferguson, Director of Children's Services, Windsor and Maidenhead fails to respond to emails and concerns of the abilities of her social worker. They have taken 2 beautifl children from their mother uncessaryly. They need to be made accountable.

Eight years of targeted malice and abuse by this private company, set up to make a profit.
Unregistered as a provider of social care, fostering and adoption for the first four years of operation, and again unregistered at various points since. They are level 5 care standards offences for which noone has been held accountable. They abduct children, freeze their medical records, including send diagnostics, fabricated care and placement orders and have children illegally adopted through the courts. They bury child abuse by their own staff.
Complete failures in complaints handling. Bullying and intimidation including contempt of court and attempts at gagging orders. They consistently take money from early help and special needs funding and use it to pay peadophile foster carers to abuse children they have targeted.
No published policies, including statutory kinship care policies. They claim adoption support fund money ringfenced for therapy to pay their overseas qualified, discriminatory, racist staff.
There are the department of education's partners in practice and model themselves on the Chief Social Worker for England, Trowlers discriminatory profit making model of children's social care, which was closed down for fraud.
Ofsted, Family Courts, Local police and CCGs collude in their abuse, including failing to trigger return to prison for perpetrators of DV, preferring to wait and see if the perp kills the women and children. They continue to leave case management entries open for editing, despite the Cruz murder.
Abduction, trafficking, targeted abuse of disabled adults and children.
Richmond, Kingston and Windsor. Killing souls any chance they get. For profit.

Achieving for children are corrupt child snatchers. They have young, newly qualified social workers who are used by management as the buck to pass if there are mistakes made. A police inspector saw the disgusting conduct of the staff and management involved in my case. Any complaint is dealt with internally and with multi departments being used to strengthen agendas and narratives of their target when complaints are made=BULLYING. They have zero interest or knowledge of domestic violence, believing that it only involved hitting. At least 5 years out of date with current DV laws and because of this ignorance and arrogance are open to being coerced and manipulated by perpetrators of this abuse. Unfortunately not all DV/harassment cases come with handy police evidence photos of cuts and bruises. Shockingly bad at dealing with children and their reports, my child made 2 serious reports of abuse from the perpetrator yet because he was telling everyone within this enterprise I was mentally ill they dismissed the reports and called LO a liar to their face=UNPROFESSIONAL BIAS. This enterprise is full of cover ups, manipulators, dishonesty and psychological and emotional abusers of both children and their parents if DV/harassment is reported and should all be legally charged and prosecuted as such. The only thing they are good at is covering mistakes, leaving very quickly when discovered as so someone else has to deal with the problems caused then shaming and blaming victims of DV/harassment and the corruption. This business is bringing the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in to disrepute.
