I got many server from them, 2 at the momment for 7Days To Die. Everytime i got an issue the customer service is pretty fast to fix it when online. Price are not high at all

I am runming a 7 days to die sever and am so far quite happy with the service, and the pricing is excellent.
I am very happy with the file manager, and having full FTP access.
So far the only things I might wish for would be an option for increased memory, and more hosting locations. I am in Silicon Valley, and I would like to see something in San Jose, SF, or at least So Cal.
But tgats,about it.

Good service, good price.
Loved everything so far. Only downsides is sometimes a tiny bit of lag on the server, and I don't see an option to change the recurring from monthly to a multi-month plan.

Setting up the server is a major hassle with very poor customer support.
Setting up the server has been a nightmare. First time couldnt get it to work no idea why. Reinstalled several times, each time with server settings all set identically the same and finally it works on the 3rd or fourth try. Contacted support for help both times, and both times they were very short an unhelpful. It was like I was bothering them, or my questions were dumb and unimportant. Would not recommend.

We checked the email on file and we were unable to find anything unhelpful. Our support rep actually gave you a very detailed and informative response and you rated that response from our support staff a full 5/5 stars. We are sorry if someone said something to offend you but sometimes text can get taken out of context vs someone speaking and being able to hear their vocal tones. Is there something we can do to change your mind or make up this misunderstanding?

Really simple user interface
Really simple user interface. Adding and installation of mods is super simple. All around easy, this is the second host I have used in the last month as a first time ark server owner. And active game host blows the competition out of the water

Best in Class
In life you get to understand that nothing is perfect. A toaster can have issues. Well my setup had issues. The reason I am offering 5 stars is that things happen, but for the value of service this place is amazing. Exceptionally fast turn around time on tickets and exceptional customer service in a world where a ticket will normally get you a 24-48 hour wait time.
Once up and running this has been exceptionally smooth. I've used the service in the past and I have never felt I received a better bang for the buck than with Active GameHost.
