Always qualitative and stylish things. This is good, but it so happens the ordered items are no longer available. Apparently the cause is failure to update the content. Also, it is sometimes a delay in response or delays in the return of funds, again, because of not timely updates of content. I believe that all this can be corrected. The verdict is generally five, for style, quality and individuality. Thank you!

Bought a couple of hoodies out the sale. One of them had a fair bit of loose fabric around the seams. Not a big deal. It's still perfectly wearable. Just wondered if thats why it was in the sale.

I'm normaly pretty happy with Addict clothing. This time though shopping with them has been a disaster. I went online saw the item I wanted and purchased it as normal, I then received an email saying they didn't have the item in stock and I would be refunded within 5 working days. That was 10 days ago. I've just spoken to customer service and fond out it will be a further 3 days until I get my refund. Pretty poor service this time guys!

Hoodie arrived quickly, well packaged with clear returns instructions should they be needed. Clothing is of very good quality. Very impressed.

Have use the website for years and service is usually of a very high standard. With my latest order there was a product which was out of stock. I only learnt this when my order arrives with a note saying it was being refunded. Had they told me before shipping my order I would have chosen an alternative product
