Kerry-Ann, our assesor was lovely. She made my daughter and myself feel at ease very quickly. She went through the questions and adapted them so that my daughter could understand them better. When it came to the diagnosis, she explained what she saw and what medications she felt would be beneficial to my daughter. I would recommend ADHD360 to anyone!

I’ve only had positive experiences so far, I had my assessment with clinician Imran in February and he’s been really helpful in my journey of better understanding my diagnosis and treatment over the past few months

Great company, Imran was fab
Imran was lovely and made me feel at ease throughout the assessment process, explained everything in detail and didn't comment on my fidgeting whereas most people would. Definitely recommend this service to anyone looking at an assessment. Thank you for helping me reach my diagnosis.

From start to finish the lady was really lovely it's been a roller coaster.Because i've known all along, i've had adhd but i've never being diagnosed, but now i've finally been diagnosed

Disorganised, stressful, and not ADHD-friendly
I used ADHD 360 through the Right to Choose pathway and have found the service very difficult to deal with after diagnosis.
Appointments are frequently cancelled or changed without checking my availability, even after I explained this causes problems. I have also received emails saying I missed appointments that were never actually booked.
Communication has been poor. I have spent around 45 minutes on hold only for the call to be closed, and when I have managed to speak to someone, the response has felt dismissive rather than helpful.
I am also concerned that letters sent to my GP have not always been accurate, which directly affects my care.
The system itself is not easy to use. I am required to repeatedly change passwords with strict rules, which is difficult to manage with ADHD and adds unnecessary stress.
Overall, I do not feel listened to or supported, and the service has added stress rather than helping manage ADHD.

Wanted to assess for diagnosis that is already in place!
This company wanted to charge £1500 for a second diagnosis. A diagnosis of ADHD is in place already f but they said they won't look at it. Another assessment would have to be done. This is just about making as much money as possible from people with ADHD
