Over the past two weeks, I have experienced unanticipated cancellations of scheduled services, which has not only been inconvenient but has also impacted my plans significantly. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, the repeated cancellations have raised concerns about the reliability and consistency of this company operations.

Despite these service disruptions, my primary concern arises from the difficulties encountered in securing a refund for the affected services. I have diligently followed your company's established procedures for refund requests, yet regrettably, I have not received a satisfactory response.

Mr John Mbon, a beacon of brilliance in teaching, possesses a remarkable blend of expertise and humor. His crystal-clear instruction, coupled with a delightful French accent, ensures an engaging learning experience. A true gem for those aspiring to secure an SIA license—5 stars well-deserved.

Great teacher John Mbon. He is fun and professional. He is a great teacher. I enjoyed the teaching and it was hard and fun. I also met some great people in the course. So we also learnt teamwork. It was a great course.

I booked on last month 16th&17th December 2023 but 4 weeks cancelled.
This's weekend head office he gave training for Top up course.
I really enjoyed the course, I had an amazing time I’m only sad it finished but I recommend it to all of my friends, I’m lucky I chose to do the course with advance training academy and Mr Sofiq and Mr Franchise amazing person and teacher I’m really grateful he gave us the class.

John Mbon is an excellent SIA Security Trainer.
He is very precise and clear with his instruction and has wonderful patience. I have just finished my CCTV course with him.
Please ask for John Mbon if you do any SIA linked qualifications with BS Security. I promise you will not be disappointed.

As someone who struggles with focusing in class (possibly ADHD, not diagnosed yet), I found John Mbon’s classes to be rather enjoyable and easy to understand. My course was CCTV so although my stay was limited to only 3 days, I would like to come back again for the Door Supervisor course once I have enough money saved up.
