DO NOT buy from these people, they shipped me a wrong part, I notified them, sent them pictures and the catalog # of what they shipped. All they siad was, "we can't open photos, please send to another email". Sent those and it cam e back "undeliverable" they refuse to fix the problem. All over $6.95, worst compaany ever!!!!!!!!!

It does not get any worse. Two weeks after ordering they still haven’t sent my order and have no phone number or anyone who can help. If you ask a question to the chat line they just say they don’t know anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The owner ended up calling me about this review, cursed me out over and over. I can’t believe companies like this exist in the United states

I would never use this company. I contacted them on their "chat" and asked about the item which I wanted to purchase. By the way, you can't talk to them on the phone only online. Was told it was in stock, so I placed the order. Was told the item should ship and take between 2-6 business days. Received Fed Ex shipping ticket two days after placing the order and checked on it several days later. Fed Ex said it had not been shipped and the vendor had only created the shipping document. They were not in possession of the item. Contacted AdventureRV, was told they expected it to be in their warehouse in the next few days and it would ship out. They didn't have the product in house to send me but charged my cc right away. Now they tell me the product should be shipped in the next day or so. Contacted my CC company and contested the charge. Don't know when I ever would have received the product. Poor customer service and I will never order from them again. Honesty is the best policy and it is nowhere to be found at this company.

The description of the part is not accurate, nor the image shown. The part ordered said it would fit as a replacement part but it does not. I have tried to return the part but Adventure RV says it is my problem because pictures can be generic. Customer service is poor and they will not acknowledge that this is their issue. I will not recommend anyone shop at this site. Pay a bit more and know what you are getting.

Terrible customer service!!!
Placed and paid for an order six days ago. Submitted a ticket by email to ask if order has been shipped. Simply asked if order had shipped and if not when would it be shipped? NO ANSWER. Have submitted a dispute with Paypal. Beware if you conduct any transactions with this stellar group.

Ordered a set of rv steps from them. Great price. According to the dimensions in their listing, should fit. dimension does not include bar sticking out 1" on either side of mounting frame. Can not fit in mounting box. Steps arrived in a torn up light duty box for an rv vent cover, with no protective packaging resulting in some minor damage to the finish. I could have lived with that if the steps fit. Contacted return dept., was told I had to pay return shipping, $40.00. Then discovered that according to the return policy, they would deduct 15 to 25 % restocking charge for an item that they sold with incorrect dimensions. When I pointed that out, was told that they listed dimensions from manufacturer & I would have to take that up with them. I tried to contact manufacturer first & they are apparently closed because of Covid-19 restrictions. In short, it would cost me first shipping fee $40.00, return shipping $40.00 & they would keep $24.00 to $40.00 for restocking for a total of $104.00 to $120.00 for an item they listed incorrectly & I can't use. I've contacted Paypal & I'm going to contact BBB for whatever help I can get. I even offered to accept a credit, if reasonable, to do what was necessary myself to make steps fit. I think it's obvious that I will never deal with them again. BUYER BEWARE
In all fairness, I have to amend this review. After many emails, finally got to right person, I guess. requested pictures, sent them. They offer a return shipping label, would ship me new steps or give me refund. told them I would keep steps if they gave reasonable discount. They offered me a 15% discount, which I accepted. Already figured out how to get them to fit, didn't want to deal with return. Got a phone call from, I believe the owner, discussed issue, he said he would instruct them to give me a $30.00 refund but pointed out that dimensions were not on there site but on manufacturer's site. Point was, 90% of time, customer is wrong. Whatever, I'm comfortable with result. Was a great price for steps & I'm very experienced & can do work myself.

Worth the money

This is the fastest I have ever gotten a package that I’ve ordered. I will be buying all my RV products from yaw. I had my order in two days and that is amazing. Thank you and you just got a customer for life.

I ordered a 13.5 roof ac. Got a box with a label 13.5 but the ac was a 15 btu. Box had cut off labels as did the install kit. Took too much time to get the correct unit. And when it did come it was bent. The box had cut off labels, my guess it was a return. So tired of dealing with them I straighten and installed this unit. My suggestion is go with a better company

Very poor customer service. My order was sent to the incorrect address. The post office sent it back. I cannot speak to anyone to get it straightened out. Live chat refers me to email. Took three days for an initial response. They don't answer the questions I have in the email, they give me the quote on quote stock answer... when the order is returned you will be issued a refund and you can repurchase it. When I asked how long that will be they say according to policy. I cannot get a straight answer on when I will get a refund and I cannot repurchase this item until I do get a refund because it's so expensive. This company is very difficult to work with

I ordered $580 worth of product - PREPAID and didn't hear from them for 6 weeks. They have NO phone to communicate through and their 'chat' just sends you more links to click without ever resolving your problem. This is the worst company in the RV industry. It's companies like this that will one day require commerce oversite - aka internet purchase police. This place is a drop-shipping FRAUD outlet. I now feel like I need to check BBB before ever making a purchase.

Wosat online experience ever...I ordered a AC brain that they had pictured on their website. No 1- they sent the wrong product since I do RV repair my customer needed it right away so they gave me the 2 day shining option which I paid 40$ for and got it 4 days later. No 2- I asked for a return label they told me its not returnable on an item they sent wrong to begin with....what kind of crap is that !!!.

I have had the worst experience dealing with there ordering website.
If anybody cares to waist a lot of time with these people be my guest.
I spent about 3 waisted hrs trying to get an order through and my
banks approved these transactions although the web site declined
Don't waist your time trying to order anything from these people.There

Just wanted to find out if I had ordered an RV rug from them...website said you could call customer service...I did...it tells you to use web chat...I did...they told me to open an email support ticket. Really? Great customer service! If I had not ordered it, I wanted to order one. Guess they don't care. I will not order from them and neither should you!

I was able to order the exact replacement part I needed on a Sunday morning. Superbowl sunday, at that! By kickoff, I had already gotten an email saying the order had been processed. My water heater circuit board was in the mailbox when I came home from work on Wednesday. Exact, precise, prompt. Thank you!
