fraudulent company. after cancelling my membership through their website they continued to charge me 300 dollars for two months.

I took a video of me canceling my membership. i have proof if any lawyers want to start some sort of class action.

ill also accept $300,000 dollars from advisorycloud to delete the video

While the AdvisoryCloud service and resources look interesting, the costs to avail oneself of the service and resources are substantial. I am unconvinced that it would be worth the money and the work required to find out is it's even useful.

This is basically a pay-to-play scam. I never signed up for the trial because based on reviews I felt I'd never be able to stop payments. I tried to call out the owner on social media, unsubscribed to their emails (several a day!), yet I still get bombarded by them. Totally unprofessional and scammy!

Sam was very careful to explain what the services are and now I hope to translate this into real advisor work!

If you need experience in being on a board and learn how it works then go for it!

It was well moderated, which is a lesson more board meetings could take. Nice to see a range of contributions from other advisors, sage words.

I wish I had read reviews before I signed up for the free trial; as others state, their customer service is terrible, and they refuse to refund my $295. I saw the charge come through and reached out to them immediately. They offered a free 1 month. How is a free one month going to help when I don't want the service? I'm reporting them to the California Attorney General and the attorney general of my home state. I hope others do the same. This is unethical. There is no reason for them to take your money until the free trial expires. I shared with them another site that allows you to choose recurring or non-recurring subscription. THAT'S ETHICAL. THESE GUYS AREN'T. Stay away!

I signed up for Advisory Cloud's free trial with the expectation of a no-obligation test period. To my dismay, I was charged $300 after canceling my subscription within the trial period. This is clearly deceptive business practice.

When I contacted customer service to dispute the charge, they refused a refund and offered a paltry three months of free service as compensation. This is unacceptable.

Furthermore, their constant unsolicited emails, despite multiple unsubscribe requests, constitute harassment. Advisory Cloud's disregard for customer satisfaction and blatant disregard for consumer protection laws is appalling.

I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company.

Onboarding has been easy with lots of support from the Advisory Cloud team. I like the concept here, and the execution so far seems pretty well thought out. Early days still, so we'll see how it plays out.

This is a total scam, this s**t doesn't work, it's all false promises. I asked to cancel my subscription, but they didn't and charged my card. Their terms are sh***y. You can't dispute the charges.
All the good reviews you see, most of them are fake.

This company has constantly spammed my email for weeks. I have unsubscribed, I have replied to stop emailing me, and they continue emailing me to get me to pay to be an "advisor" for other companies.
