Excellent, efficient and professional installation – Highly recommended!

Had my Ohme EV charger installed today by Aero EV Solutions and was really pleased with the whole experience.

The engineer was professional, efficient and kept me informed throughout. We discussed and agreed the cable runs before work started, and everything was installed neatly, with the areas being worked on left clean and tidy.

Once installed, the engineer took the time to explain the Ohme app, how the charging process works, and tested everything with the car to make sure it was working correctly.

A really smooth, straightforward installation from start to finish. Great service, no fuss and everything explained clearly.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aero EV Solutions to anyone considering an EV charger installation. It's refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in its work, communicates well and makes the whole process so easy. Based on my experience today, I'd happily use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Excellent service all round.

Was expecting a charger to be installed and was told the engineer could arrive anytime up to 4pm. Did not hear anything on the day so called at 3pm. Was advised they would look into and come back to me. Got to 4pm no call so rang them again. They said they could not get through to the engineer but would keep trying and they would call me before they close at 5pm even if they could not get hold of the engineer. Again no call. During this time I had no emails or messages either. This was on a Friday so had to wait till around midday on the Monday to hear from them at which point they wanted to arrange another day to book in the install. Other than saying sorry they did not seem bothered I took a day off work for them to not turn up and provide no communication. This was arranged through Ohme so I went back to them and requested a different company to install the charger.

Nick was brilliant. He showed great care both to my property and the detail of his work. His patience in explaining everything and his depth of knowledge is a credit to the company.

Nick is always highly efficient and a pleasure to work with during our (Indra) warranty visits.

He approaches every job with a calm and professional attitude, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and the initiative needed to resolve on-site issues with minimal support from myself and the team.

Nick is patient, collaborative, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure our customers remain charging.

Had our home EV charger fitted today and the service was excellent from Ethan from start to finish. I had loads of questions about how the CT clamp works and how the charger would use our solar panels, and Ethan took the time to explain everything properly without rushing. He made sure I understood how the load balancing works, how the charger reacts to solar generation, and what to expect day-to-day. The installation itself was tidy, professional, and tested thoroughly. Ethan explained the Hypervolt app really well. The charger looks great on the house and everything was left spotless. Ethan was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the whole process stress-free. Really impressed — brilliant service and a great experience overall.

After waiting for close to a month -without use of my EV - they cancel, on the day, via email, no less. Not even a call. Engineer has a family emergency (sure🍹☀️). Apparently the entire nationwide company only had one Engineer. Unfortunately Ogne hired them not me as seeing the reviews I wouldn't have.

Message from installer to confirm arrival time, Adam was on time, polite (in fact a very amicable person all round), tidy and efficient.

He explained everything clearly, discussed the install plan and gave us a heads up when the power needed to go off.

Would happily recommend Aero EV based on our experience.

Nick was absolutely amazing. He called ahead with an accurate arrival time and was prompt and reliable. Despite working in soaring temperatures of almost 40°C, he carried out the job without a single complaint. He remained polite, engaging and informative throughout, explaining each step clearly.

He showed excellent knowledge and was incredibly patient in helping a technophobe like me download and use the app. He even swept up and cleared all debris afterwards, leaving everything spotless. His professionalism and attitude were outstanding.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have got a ev charger installed by aero ev solutions on behalf of motability and there engineer was extremely rude and refused to work due to owning pets and having a pet smell in the property. Whrn they fed back to ohem they said there was urine and feces on the floor when there wasn't any and we had proof. They then caused a 1 month delay on the install and hopefully installing on 9th july. The engineer ultimately lied to get out of the job and said one thing to us and another to the overall arrangement company. They also refused to wear a mask and follow our requirements due to having 2 people with auto immune disorder. Would NEVER RECOMMEND!!!

Company won't follow The Ombudsman's decision.

This company was sub contracted to install an EV charger from Wickes. I showed the electrician an area of the wall to avoid when drilling. I then left the room but unfortunately the electrician used a machine which he said failed and drilled into an electric cable. He then chased the wall and put a joined the wires using tape. I ended up contacting the ombudsman and requested that the company put in a new wire rather than keep the join, which I don't feel safe with. According to some you tube videos this could be a fire risk if not done properly. This company refused to put in a new wire so my house was in a state before this incident. The Ombudsman ruled that the wire should be re-tested at the time the wall is to be smoothed and painted, they refuse to do that as well as they say that checking it once is fine and they have issued a minor works certificate based on that. I now go to bed worried about the potential fire risk and the whole incident has caused me a huge amount of stress and ill health. If I knew the installation of the EV was going to be sub contracted I would have never bought the charger from Wickes. Wickes have now decided that the case has closed although the wall wasn't fully smoothed before painting. Time to take them to court.

If I could give 0 star I would have. The saga continues.

Aero Ev were contracted by Ohme to replace a faulty charging unit. Jack the Engineer arrived early & completed the installation in good time. He had to replace the isolator unit as well as the charger unit. Jack did an excellent job & everything working well now.

Nick from Aero EV came over to install my Cord EV charger the other week. He was very prompt, very kind, polite and thoughtful throughout the process, communicated everything as he was doing it and did an absolutely beautiful job! I'm very happy with the installation!!

Honestly Nick was absolutely amazing, very friendly and we got on very well, and he even helped me with a couple of other jobs on the house out of the kindness of his heart before heading off to his next job!

My EV charger installation was organised by Pure Drive. I had the digital paperwork within 48hours which was returned quickly along with the requested photos. A couple of days later I had a date for installation. The young man, James, arrived at 9.30am from Doncaster, I live in Scotland. After surveying the job and offering advice the route for the cable was agreed but it would be a two man job (H&S again). The following week James and Jamie turned up at 10.30am and work started immediately. The work continued until 4.00pm and a problem was encountered with the WiFi. This was eventually address and my car was being charged for the first time, the guys left at 4.40pm to travel back to Doncaster. Unfortunately, a further problem arose a few hours later. An email to them the following morning had Jamie ring me immediately to go over the problem and I was told James would be dispatched the following morning, he arrived a 9.30am after "catching" and hours sleep at Scotch Corner. He worked until 2.00pm and was not going to leave until I was satisfied. The problem was a rubber one App from Pure Drive, James spent a lot of time on the phone to them. Throughout he was polite, cheerful and courteous and any company that has staff get up at 5.00am in the morning and travel over 200 miles to sort a problem has my admiration and gratitude. Many thanks guys, your help is much appreciated.

Nick installed our SALUS EV charger yesterday(Thursday) and he did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and right from the very beginning he was very friendly and polite. It's was raining and cold but the installation went smoothly and he cleaned up after the installation. He finished the installation within the time very professionally but had an issue with the connecting to the app. Instead of just leaving it to me to sort it out, he stayed (almost an hour) to sort it out. What a dedicated guy….Thank you nick.🫡.

Terrible after sales service, they never answer emails. Three time my system has stopped working. Ohme replacing under warranty and appointment made as it keeps blowing the breaker box. Had phone call at 08:30 asking if I had the replacement unit, like I have a pile in my garage! Told by the fitter he would pick on up and return about 09:30.
Had message in the afternoon saying that replacement hadn't arrived, now changed to 4/12/2025. Don't blame the fitter but the company couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery. Why send fitter out without the part he was fitting? I have had no charging since 6th November. Hopefully all will go OK on 4th, but not holding my breath. There must be something causing the breaker boxes to fail.

Avoid!!! Cancelled twice 30 mins after both appointment was meant to have started. Turned up and he has hit a water pipe and destroyed my daughter playroom. Both walls have to come down, Plummer has had to take ceiling out . Flooring ruined / belongings ruined. The guy tried to run out the door. His supervisor Joe doesn’t even have the decency to take a call as the guy here said he refusing to speak as he will speak directly to pod point. Absolute joke . They will be paying for this. Also whilst water was dripping out of sockets he still tried to carry on installing .
