Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, and the plan is perfect for my house, with low prices, a small down payment, followed by low monthly payments, which impresses me the most. My warranty is for 3 years, but I'm only paying for 2, so you get one free year - you can't beat that.

The account rep/agent was helpful and knowledgeable. He accommodated my schedule with a timely call-back and responded to questions with direct answers. Our exchange of information was more a conversation than a Q&A making a large quantity of information easier to understand.

Richard Clemons was great to deal with. Was not pushy, answered all my questions till I couldn’t think of any more! I never had a home warranty before. My sister thinks they are great. I compared several options and I just thought Richard was honest . Said nice things about the company. I’m in the new house now. Glad I have the policy if I need it. Thank you.
