What made my experience great was how fast and accurate I received my order. Everything was packaged nice and neat, no spillage. I will most definitely order again soon.

I started out very excited about this…
I started out very excited about this company, telling many. I have had three different issues with them that were their fault, and I don't feel it was handled professionally. The last issue I received the wrong item. They did give me a return label and said they would send out the correct item, BUT you receive No apologies, I have to make a special trip to send it back to them, not to mention purchase something to ship it. And insult to injury they act like it's my fault and I am bothering them for wanting what I paid for. Anytime you call with a concern they have a fix for it being more on the customers part to put forth the effort. I believe this company to be reputable and would hope in the future they take more pride in how they treat situations that they created and how it effects the customers.

While we did provide a return label and arrange for the correct item to be sent, we understand that resolving a mistake on our end should not leave you feeling as though you are the one being inconvenienced or blamed.
We’re also disappointed to hear that our communication did not make you feel valued or appreciated as a customer. That is not the experience we want anyone to have, especially someone who was initially excited enough about our company to recommend us to others.

The oil are amazing
The oil are amazing. However a few bottles did leak. I quickly called the compay and they refunded me a few dollars. The plastic 8oz does leak so be mindful. Those 4oz glass are great, no leaked and wrapped securely. 2x purchased and looking to buy more.
