Appalling service. I bought a grinder with blender and it stopped working after 2 years. It always had a bad smell from the motor while working with it. Like some wire was frying inside. When I requested them for a replacement for a fee they never responded. DO NOT BUY from them.

Se rompe la pinza sin el menor esfuerzo, solo ajustándola al delgado borde de una olla, salta el muelle interior y los plásticos adyacentes. Para solucionarlo compro una abrazadera de tornillo por 29€, que se convierten prácticamente en el doble entre IVA y aduana, y que voy a devolver para recuperar algo. Una vez solucionado el problema de la pinza, empieza a subir la temperatura: Error 02, termostato averiado sin solución. O sea, como no hay servicio técnico, pues a tirarla.

I bought an AIcook Juicer Dec 29/23 - it’s barely two months old and the plastic strainer (internal part) cracked when I was making juice. I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service and have received no answer and sometimes the email comes back post failure. There is no phone contact and now I am seeing reviews of others saying the customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Too bad cause I liked the juicer when it was working. I am frustrated and feel like I wasted my money. I also tried looking for a part to buy but there was no manual in the box and so I don’t even know the exact name to look for a part even if I wanted to buy one. I have learned a lesson to check what kind of customer service a company offers before purchasing.

Bought an Electric kettle in 2021. It worked fine until a few weeks ago when it just suddenly stopped heating up. Seems like a similar issue with some of the reviews here, power still goes through, the base displays E3 after a while, there is no heat.
Emailed Aicook (address starts with 'service') a couple times with no response at all. Customer service aside, it would be a more reliable brand if there is replacement part, instead of having to throw a way a whole kettle. The kettle body itself is in good condition, no obvious damage or limescale build-up at all. Feels bad for the earth to throw away household appliances like this after only 2 years. I was considering other Aicook appliances but I'm more wary now.

Email not working
I bought a mixer at Aicook which got broken some weeks ago. I try and try to get in touch with the customer service, but the email does not work, I constantly receive a delivery fail notification. The most strange is that Aicook already answered me once, asking the order number, but now it's impossible for me to answer... My order number is 404-0385661-8821154 and I wanted to know if I can buy a broken piece.

Purchased an AICook Ice Maker Model IM1102B-UL which cost $394.58. The machine spit 2 pieces of metal out into the water tray and started making a high pitch noise. The unit is about 14 months old, still within the 2 year warranty period.

Sent an email to the company, with photos and copy of the receipt, yet no reply from them. No customer service or phone number for them to be reached. Suspicious. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this so-called company.

Kettle worked great for a while. Now everything light up ok.
Only problem is it doesn’t heat up at all. It’s difficult to make a cuppa with lights & bleeps.
We bought 2 my friend has the exact same problem. Seems a very common fault with AI cook kettles

I have an ice maker that worked great. One day I turned it on and the top popped up and there was water everywhere. I'm still within the warranty but I can't get a return message or email. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. All I want is a repair, replacement or return.

I purchased the AICOOK Electric Kettle 1.7L Glass Tea Kettle, Precision Tea Maker 6 Temperature Presets with LED Display, Food Grade Stainless Steel, Auto Shut Off, BPA free from Amazon. Within 2 months of use, it no longer works and displays E3 on the base. It clicks and does not heat at all. No response from Aicook.

I have an AICook 5.8 Qt. air fryer and just love it. Only have had a few days but now I enjoy cooking. Less wait time for preheating than a regular oven and it cooks so fast. I've done breakfast sausages, frozen fries and brussel spouts. Looking forward to more great food preparation with my AICook Air Fryer. After reading most of the reviews on Amazon for air fryers, I chose this one since it had great reviews. Very happy with the purchase.

No hay servicio técnico !!! Si se te rompe en los dos años ... “Que amazon te devuelva el dinero” dicen y el tercer año de garantía que tanto presumen que dan ..... pues no lo dan , al principio te contestan pero luego directamente pasan de ti.

Cafetera de 140€ que en dos años no vale nada !!!
No comprar, si queréis ver más opiniones como la mía, entrar en Facebook página aicook.cc en el apartado opiniones todo el mundo pone lo mismo, no hay servicio técnico

I have just purchased an Aicook Z1 electric kettle. This is an absolutely amazing kettle - built like a battleship and built to last. The quality of materials used and workmanship is outstanding. I really love this kettle along with the versatility it offers. Fantastic! Worth every penny it cost.
