Can’t fault the service great idea- arrived quickly etc.. easy set up! however it was quite temperamental but that is probably just unfortunate. Would recommend though.. as a short term solution.

Hi Shipon, thanks for your feedback. We spoke today and ran a speed test together: 190Mbps download and 33Mbps upload, on a full-strength 5G signal. Uploading long videos is always slower than downloading on mobile internet, and a 20-minute video can be several gigabytes, so it takes a while even on a good connection. Doing it close to the router helps a lot, as WiFi drops off with distance. We’re always happy to help, so just call us on 0115 772 0501. Ben, Airgen Go
Excellent customer service
Due to certain factors I can't say that I actually used this service.
However, I can review the customer support and that was a 5* service. Straight to the point and got the issue resolved.

Fantastic Customer Service - Challenges with Delivery
The responsiveness and customer service is outstanding. We had issues initially as our product was delivered to the wrong address (but still on our tiny street) which is the biggest problem we had (but Airgen Go worked in real time with Royal Mail to try and track it down). The network SIM installed wasn't the best network for our area, but Airgen Go also planned ahead by providing us a second SIM in the initial shipment and got it connected in a timely manner. Our shipment going to the wrong address is the only reason I can't give an overall 5 star review but the responsiveness and care that Ben at Airgen Go displayed was definitely worth 5 stars.

I placed an order with Airgen Go for a 5G router rental when my broadband service was unexpectedly interrupted by a broken fibre outside the house.
Ben arranged prompt delivery of the router and when I had some additional questions and requests, he provided some truly outstanding service.

We would highly recommend Airgen Go and their service for anyone looking for a temporary WiFi connection. After being let down by our internet service provider, we came across this absolute gem online — and we’re so glad we did!
From start to finish, we genuinely can’t fault the service. Customer service was spot on, with quick replies and fantastic communication throughout. The service itself was incredibly easy to set up and use, and it was exactly what we needed.

Airgen Go 2 Week Hire for new home
Airgen Go provided me with a temporary fix for my Internet issues on moving into a new property. The WiFi Hub arrived within 2 days of ordering and worked well for the 2 weeks I hired it. They also were available for any questions I had with a very swift reply time. I would definitely use Airgen Go again should the need arise.
