I bought an airsmen, SHL-23B, food waste disposer a year and a half ago. Worked great up until a few months ago when it stopped working. Inquired with customer support and they had me troubleshoot it with no results. I was then asked to provide all my purchase info along with a video showing the issue I was having. I never got a response regarding a resolution. I called several times inquiring and was told it hadn't been resolved yet. Finally I called today, after more than a month, and was told my warranty had expired and the product was discontinued.
I asked if someone was going to let me know this and all I got was a sorry, is there anything else I can help you with. UGH.... Never again... If you see the name Airsmen on something... Just say NO....

My dishwasher worked very well for nearly 12 months. One day I tried to put a wash on and the panel simply did not light up and there was a constant beeping. I’ve sent several emails to Airmsen customers service on the last few months and I only get promises, but no solution. Their after sales is inexistent. I will need to take them to court to make them do what they suppose to do. I have a disability and need the dishwasher to be able to cope easily with my daily routine and have been struggling without it. Stay away from this company if you want to have an efficient after sales support.
