Air Options Ltd Avis

Great job, speedy, accommodating and very tidy.

I would definitely recommend Air Options.
Really pleased with the work carried out, all to a really good standard.
All the staff were friendly, helpful and listened to any requirements for the job.

Called Air Options when we had a problem with our old system and our original supplier did not have the expertise to analyse the problem. We were impressed with their expert knowledge. Although they gave us a price to repair the system and were able to get the parts we considered it worth having a new system from them due to the age of our original system (14yrs!). It was a very tidy installation and we are very happy with our smart new system. We would recommend Air Options as a supplier.

Responsive and professional

Friendly and engaged team from Survey to Installation. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Our company have used Air Options for a number of years and find their collective response to all issues from primary design/installation to continuing support to be of a very high standard.

After spending quite a lot of frustrating time phoning around various companies and not getting any follow up, we happened to call the company who had just completed an installation two doors down... Air Options were the only company to respond quickly and efficiently to our enquiry. They set up a site visit promptly, scheduled and completed the work in no time, and were professional throughout. They were able to handle our admin enquiries efficiently, and I'm left impressed by the quality and efficiency of not just the product they installed, but also their service.

We have used Air Options for new projects and maintenance on equipment in our Grade 2 listed building for a number of years. Their work is to a high standard. They also respond promptly in the event that urgent work is required.

Very professional.
Great service and very efficient.
Excellent Air con unit.
Fitters done a brilliant job, very polite and no mess left.
will defiantly use again on our other sites.

Brilliant service as usual:) we as a company have more than 20 air conditioning units installed and never had an issue :) friendly staff!

They did a good job replacing old AC units. They fitted around our operations very well and got the work done to schedule.

We had four cassettes fitted. The team did a very neat job without any hassle, and left the site neat and tidy. Thank you all.

Fabulous service from start to finish, I would highly recommend Air Options and all of their team.

All works were carried out in a timely and very professional manner and the operatives worked well along with all other contractors to allow us to bring the project in on time and to the satisfaction of the client.

Great company, the guys who came to install worked really well to our requirements and were able to work around our staff to ensure minimal delays.

We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend Air Options.

We needed new air conditioning systems for our office. Tried several contractors and chose Air Options. Spoke to Customer Services who was very helpful and put us in contact with all the right departments. As i didn't have a clue what I was looking for the site surveyor was very helpful and was able to recommend the most suitable as we are a big office. The work was completed quickly, during the working day, with minimum disruption. We were kept updated. through the whole process. The workmen were friendly, quiet and efficient. We are so happy we've booked them again.

Great experience, start to finish - quoted promptly, kept me in the loop with regards to installation and the guys who did the install where friendly, approachable and super professional.

As a company we have been through the build process of restaurants and bars many times, this was our first experience with Air options. We were very impressed with the advised solution, the efficiency and professionalism of the install and handover of the system.

We will definitely be using them again on further builds.

Air Options were very knowledgeable and professional the whole way through the process of getting out AirCon installed in out main office in London Bridge. Brad came out several times to do surveys and figure out the best way of doing the job. When the work took place, the did the bulk of it was completed outside of business hours either at the weekend or in morning before staff arrived. The system works fine and we are now enjoying a cool office environment. I would certainly recommend Air Options.

.. again Air Options have served us well from start to finish. An excellent team that is well organised, polite, efficient and tidy ! Thank you

I can honestly say AirOptions have been helpful with our installation from day one. We had a flood over Christmas that damaged our Hitachi condenser unit, which was in a difficult location to remove. Lewis and the team made a suggestion to strip and build the new unit in place, working professionally and on schedule throughout. The office was always available to answer any questions we had, and was always made to feel we could rely on their support.
