Airport Hotels Avis 

This was a very efficient hotel with quiet, interesting and informative staff.
From when we arrived in the evening, throughout our transfer to the airport the next morning, on collection when we arrived back 15 days later, the service was excellent.
I would recommend this hotel and would stay next time we fly from Gatwick.

Everything was good but as Sofitel now has a "no smoking in rooms policy" it is doubtful if we will return.

Couldn't fault the hotel, the room was lovely - there were 3 of us so we had two double beds - we chose to eat dinner at the hotel and we had the most delightful, tasty meal - had a very early start the next morning so didn't sample breakfast but I'm sure it would have been excellent - staff were very helpful at all times.

Good hotel and with the parking being at the hotel it makes this the perfect place to spend the firts night of your holidays

Great location, easy to locate and park. Staff were excellent and provided excellent service. Great value and I would definitely stay on this same package again.

I did a Google search for Airport Hotels and after looking at a few of the search results, I went for this one.

The website was nice and easy to use and it made choosing my hotel very easy. Once I had chosen, the booking process was fast, easy and efficient. What more can you ask for?

I will certainly use this company again and I have bookmarked their website. I would definitely recommend them. First class!

excellent value cheap holiday .rooms were small but very clean hotel was very clean food was superb (could of done with more variety of potatoe) enter tainment was excellent wasnt keen on seating arrangement
pool was lovely service at bar was quick and efficient friendly reception and bar staff

Great hotel, room clean and tidy, airport can to walked to in ten minutes even with two children under five, only one downside, bar prices outragous apart from that a great hotel and parking package.

Very good value for money especially when combined with holiday car parking. A clean and efficient hotel, with well organised car pick up and delivery. I would certainly use this hotel again.

What a wonderful start to our holiday.The Crowne Plazza was so handy to Heathrow. We were greeted by some lovelysmiling staff at the reception and was qickly given our room key, wishing us a nice stay.It had lovely rooms, resturants, bar, plus a swimming poo jacuzzi,sauna & a fully equipt Gym. The girls were in thier element , didn't know what to do first.
When we returned , again staff very efficient.

We arrived quite late and the receptionist was very helpful despite how late it was! The entrance to the hotel does creep up on you, but if you miss it, like we did, then you can easily turn the car around! We stayed at the Chequers Hotel, Gatwick.

We handed over our keys to our car and signed the relevant paperwork for the car.

We were asked if we wanted a wake up call and at 5am the next morning, our driver was waiting for us and took us to the terminal. Note for future reference.....make sure you tell the driver which terminal you are flying from...we didnt realise until he had driven away that he had dropped us at the south terminal instead of north!

Restaurant quite pricey but great food.

Really not what i was expecting. The hotel looks nothing like the website and the convenient shuttle service to heathrow is a) not convienient b)not easy c)not through the hotel. Room was awful, small and cramped with torn sheets and rubbish shower. Staff were extremely rude that didnt want to help out. Would never stay again and wish i had paid the extra £2 for the Holiday Inn.

Difficult to find. GPS hadn't got a clue.

I was appalled to be charged £5/hr for WiFi. All I wanted to do was catch up with emails.

Airparks bus driver forgot to drop us off at hotel on way to airport.
Then filled the bus with people and forgot again to drop us off and we ended up back at airparks car park and had to get another bus back to Holiday Inn dropped off on main road and had about 30 steps to climb. Not much fun while recovering from revision surgery.

this was a really nice, clean hotel. staff were efficient and helpful. room was spacious for a family of four and well equipped. again bedroom and bathroom very clean and nice. breakfast area was pleasant and great choice of food. most impressed by the fact that we couldn't hear a sound from traffic or planes, very impressive.

A very efficient service. We used Holiday Extras for airport hotel booking and car park and both was first class. The car parking at North Terminal very straightforward with frequent shuttle buses to terminal and car is in secure compound.The Sofitel Hotel very convenient with walkway to terminal when early morning flight. Would definitely use service again.
