Airport Hotels Avis 

The room was paid for online - but reception asked for my creditcard "in case we use anything from the minibar". I don't like anyone having my creditcard details, especially not as an "open transaction". And when I expressed my concern, she answered, with tight lips" that it was the Hotels policy.". when I the next morning asked to get a confirmation that nothing further would be charged to my card, the Hotel couldn't provide it..
With all the creditcard fraud every where, and card providers asking us to be more vigilent, the Hotels could try and accomodate this more.
And a smile and a polite explanation costs nothing!

I dont really want to say how good this was as I would like it to be available next time I need to fly out of Manchester!! Hotel was perfect, friendly staff, great location, really comfortable room, good food, hassle free return taxi journeys, and car left for a week with no worries.

I enjoyed the experience

The hotel was buzzing when we arrived and I anticipated a less than peaceful night. However, I could not have been more wrong. We had a brilliant nights sleep and a beautiful breakfast next morning and were served at all times by efficient friendly staff. We managed to lock ourselves out of our room but it was no problem for the reception staff to let us in even though they were extremely busy at the time.

The Coventry Hill was an excellent location for an overnight stop to catch an early morning flight from Birmingham Airport.

Very efficient airport transfer arranged by the hotel reception and on time i9n both directions.

Would certainly use this hotel again in future.

Booked hotel and taxi transfers through holiday extras. TAXIS DID NOT TURN UP TO TAKE US OR PICK US UP EVEN THOUGH PAID IN FULL!!! Hotel was fine but miles away from the terminal we required.

These arrangements were well structured, together with easy to understand procedure, directions and guidance.

All dealings were easy, and helpful, I would use this service again.

not a very welcoming hotel recption. Screaming uncontrolled children everywhere. Long queues to check in and slow.No apology from receptionist .

Room was comfortable and quiet.

Deal was good value with a weeks carparking at airport. Would use again as an overnight hotel before flying but for no other purpose

Staff were efficient, helpful and professional. Room was clean, tidy and very comfortable.

Would recommend to family and friends.

we booked for a nights stay and carparking through a "secret hotel" feature and when the comformation email came it was for a day later than we booked so when we phoned up to correct this, as we were flying out on this day, we had to pay another £40 so ended up saving nothing. We will in future tell everybody online and who we meet how we felt we were ripped off by your firm and recommend they dont use you.

I had looked at hotels, and then parking. It worked out so much more expensive to do it this way. I then found the Courtyard by Marriott (really close to Gatwick airport including the parking with yourselves)
Everything ran really smoothly.

It was so easy to find and we had a good night's sleep. Could have done with a biscuit with our early morning cuppa as had no time for breakfast. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Cannot fault the hotel or the service. The room was excellent, as was the restaurant (special mention must go to the waiter who was superb) and the airport shuttle service. Was initially sceptical, but would definitely use again & recommend.

Room was better than expected. Very easy parking arrangements. Fine for a one night stay before flight

When I arrived at the Ibis in Birmingham the room had a table for a bed with a thin duvet. I was disappointed.

please re-instate proper meals on your planes for those willing to pay for them .The food provided was terrible.
