I realised that I had a typo with my e mail address and therefore did not receive a confirmation message. However things were rectified quickly when I rang and I received the e mail by return

I booked online and went onto my…
I booked online and went onto my booking to amend the dates ans they came through incorrect which was strange as I had to andd the actual flight times and flight numbers. there was no option to amend. It advised to call customer services who are closed on the weekend. I waited until Monday morning to call to amend my booking and because the dates were wrong I was advised to pay a day rate at the parking location which was an additional £50. On this advise we turned up at premair in Edinburgh to be told there was no room for the additional day required. We lost our full booking of £100 and with 2.5 hrs to go to our flight and 4 kids in tow we had to find alternative parking costing £160. Currently the company are refusing to refund us the money. Which is shameful.

1st time using
1st time using, very pleasant, easy experience however until I have experience the full pack of parking my car at the airport aswell I can only mentioned the payment and email response is spot on. So am giving a 4 star rating could be 5 🌟 on experience of parking aswell

On starting the booking and looking…
On starting the booking and looking around, within half an hour , your price went from around £48 then £57 and then finally to£61, why? When I get to Glasgow, the parking experience will probably be first class, I just question the price within that time.
