I have had some flukes with Airsoft GI in the past, but they made great efforts to correct them. My favorite thing about Airsoft GI is that I can order something and ship via ground and have it arrive the same time it takes a 3day to arrive from that other major CA based retailer.

Overall, the products were very satisfying and were of good quality. They have lasted me since I ordered them with no damage whatsoever. They need a better sizing system however because living in the US means ordering something like ATACS is a shot in the dark as to what size. It's not that difficult post the leg length and sleeve length; it should be done. Other than that I was satisfied with the website layout, I never had to contact customer support, and my order arrived when it was supposed to.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Thought it was going to be more earthtone. Nothing paint can't fix. Recieved 2 days early. That's a plus.

Good selection. Standard prices. Never got an order wrong. The only complaint I have is the cost of shipping. Even for standard shipping, it's a bit much, unless if it's just patches, and other small items like that.

I was very happy with the time I received my packages and the and how well packaged

I bought a gun that had some issues after I put about 150 rounds through it. AirsoftGI took it back, fixed it and send it back. I am very happy with the rifle. I have placed another oder with AirsoftGI and I plan to purchase more from them in the future.

Website is good and shipment was fast. But when I asked a follow up question about the gun I felt a little brushed off.

Good prices, the staff treated me with respect and my product was what I truly wanted. Keep up the good work.

The service was great online for pre ordering the Glock 17. Service at Virginia store not so much. One of the guys there was not very helpful. Did what he was suppose to do and never went out of his way to sell or promote the sport. Talked to some guys at the field and they said similar comments. Plus the store didn't have much in the way of tactical gear.
