Found a hoodie by Akai in TKMaxx, had a look online and found their store, got a great deal for an excellent tracksuit set for £25 which arrived quick. Top quality stuff, definitely getting more!

I bought grey and black joggers for holiday, I decided to give them a try on in the house and kept them on for the day and my girlfriend pointed out that there was a hole in the stitching in the back. Pretty disappointed

nice idea but poor execution.
the designs and ideas are good but the finished product not so much. the material used leaves a lot of small parts of the hoodie on tshirts and makes anything stick to it i would say if the material was improved 4.5/5

This can happen sometimes and does do so with lots of fleece back products in the marketplace.
We wear them here everyday and have many happy customers. This will be resolved once washed.

That's right. We do not offer exchanges. You need to return the goods and then re order what you require. It's quite normal these days with many major companies. It's to do with the logistics.
We have since approved your return. Sorry if you feel this is terrible customer service. Just FYI that we're pretty flat out behind the scenes.
