The customer service was exemplary. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, which wasn't readily available. They were prepared to make it and sent samples of different chains to choose from. I was promised delivery by Christmas in spite of missing the order deadline. True to their word, my jewellery arrived on the 23rd. I am so pleased with both necklace and earrings.

Ryan from Alba Rose was brilliant, guiding us through the process and even added a beautiful touch by filming the process at our extra request.
