Ordered a swimsuit on the 3rd of Oct for my trip on the 15th - according to their shipping policy to Australia it should have arrived within 4 days after dispatch.

“All orders are shipped via Express shipping with DHL Express or UPS Express at a cost of $25 AUD. Orders are delivered within 4 business days, ensuring a fast and reliable delivery experience.”

It is now the 21st of Oct and I only just got an email about dispatch today. They do not reply to emails, such bad business practice. For an Australian company based in Bali it’s extremely disappointing, don’t recommend buying from this brand. Promising under a week postage and delivering an entire month later is ridiculous.

I bought a bikini set and the quality was amazing also the it fits perfectly and it design it’s so flattering!! Would definitely buy more styles from this brand ❤️

Stay away! I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t even been processed. I reached out various ways through chats, messages on IG, emails. No response no apologies no explanation. Beware and don’t buy from here!

just received the mirage dress today and I'm super happy with the customer service. I ordered the wrong size and they easily exchanged it for me, so I'll be able to wear it on time for my holiday

Scammers. They do not dispatch the items. I had a bad experience last year since they never dispatched the swimwear. I ipened a case with Paypal and was refunded in full. This year I decided to give a second chance since everyone deserve a second chance. Again the same case. Was refunded in full by Paypal. If you try to buy something only through Paypal.

I placed my order on 28 May and paid 257 eur in full. After that, I heard absolutely nothing from Alessi Swim.

Only on 8 June, after I contacted them myself to ask where my order was, was I informed that one of the items was out of stock. This information was never communicated before. There was no notice on the website, no email update, and no indication that my order could not be fulfilled as purchased. They simply took my money and left me waiting.

The company then promised that my order would be shipped by the end of that week and arrive the following week. However, this timeline did not seem realistic. The shipment was supposed to come from Bali, and even DHL Express deliveries generally take 3–5 business days, not including possible customs delays. The promised delivery estimate appeared misleading from the start.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the brand presents itself in a way that suggests it is an Italian swimwear company. As a customer, I expected European shipping times. Only after ordering did it become apparent that products were being shipped from Bali, resulting in significantly longer delivery times.

In the end, I never received my order. After waiting, following up myself, and receiving promises that were not fulfilled, I requested a refund on June 13.
As of today, it’s June 16 for Bali, so far no response. The entire experience was marked by poor communication, lack of transparency about stock availability, unrealistic delivery promises, and a complete failure to deliver the product I paid for, the refund which is not even started or will it ever start?

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I have been purchasing bikinis from this brand since when i lived in Australia back in 2020 and i still have the very first one. The material is amazing and so durable and i still love the style and getting so many compliments when i wear it. I also recently had to contact the customer service because i was unsure about which size to pick on my top and they were very helpful and detailed, they also send me the full measurements so that i could comfortably pick the right one without having to worry that i might had to return or exchange size after. Really really happy and i cannot wait for the new collection to come out.

Recently purchased a bikini for my wife in bali. The staff really helped me find the perfect present including the right size and she absolutely loved the bikini and it fits perfectly!

Extremely unsatisfying. The bras that are supposed to be push up have zero pushup function. I tried returning it, but they don’t return items on sale. They also don’t dive any refund - just store credit. DO NOT RECOMMEND
