Alexander Grace Law Avis 

This is the third time in the last 2 years we have used Alexander Grace. They are always very professional, responsive and efficient.
A special thanks this time for Dena from team Mercer.

Three more words, each applicable to this organisation's client service - woeful, terrible, abysmal.

They rarely answer the phone, seldom do what they say they will, frequently ignore emails and seem to employ people who simply don't care whether or not something is done and done well.

I would award negative stars if that were possible.

After truly awful levels of client service during the actual transactions (e.g. there were several errors in the draft completion statements they prepared!), it took them 3 whole months after the purchase to apply for the land registration and even then it was only after they'd been chased to do so!

Some people think that the world would be a better place if we all carried out one act of kindness each day - this is mine for today: I advise you to go elsewhere for your conveyancing needs.

This was the first time I had sold a property, so I had a lot of questions. Amber Brunton was very professional and always kept me updated. Nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly and approachable and a credit to Alexander Grace Law. Highly recommend. Thank you Amber!

Terrible communications. There was an issue where the mortgage was due to switch earlier than I requested (fault could be the broker or solicitor) but it was impossible to actually talk to someone. Unanswered emails, receptionist refused to connect me with anyone - would put me on hold and pass messages backwards and forwards. Took weeks of chasing to get resolved.

No apology, no clear explanation, no sense of urgency.

Won't use London and country broker or Alexander-Grace in the future. Easier to do the paperwork myself and my own solicitor.

Never replied to emails or calls. Left us waiting for around 6 months for no reason.

i Recently sold a property and purchased another one . I was very impressed by the professionalism of Luke Swarbrick and his team throughout both transactions. Luke kept in touch and informed me of all the details so I was aware of what was happening at all times. My sincere thanks for what could have been a very daunting experience

Our solicitor Michelle Howell and Team Greenwood were a great team to work with for the sale of our flat. They were always very pleasant to speak to on the phone. Special thanks to Sarah Rushton for dealing with my last minute enquiries so patiently.
