Allianz does not see people as human beings.
I created an offer for complementary health insurance on Allianz Sigorta's allianz.com.tr website on August 7. Then a representative called me and requested my transfer information from my previous insurance company for a doctor's checkup. In fact, although there is no need for such a document, I sent it because it was requested. Since my previous policy covered my family, I communicated it by hiding the information of other family members. Then they returned to me for a completely untrue reason, as if I had had had physical therapy before. Since I had never received physical therapy in my life, I became suspicious and checked my government records one by one. I saw that there were no records of physical therapy there either. Despite this, although it is not actually mandatory, I also shared my government records screenshots with the representative in order to explain myself. In this process, I repeatedly said "Your doctor is misjudging, please check again" but I did not get any results. In each of my objections, they completely disappeared for 2–3 days, then returned with a short response. I also filled out a complaint form on their website, but there was no satisfactory response either. Finally, on September 7, I received an e-mail stating that the process was concluded and the application was rejected. In this e-mail, it is said that an evaluation has been made and the final decision has been communicated. However, when I want to see the details of this decision, I cannot log in to the site and access the content. All these events clearly show that Allianz is in an approach that does not focus on people, is not revealing, and does not take objections seriously. I do not accept arbitrary decisions based on such a sensitive issue regarding people's health history, through an imaginary physical therapy record, and that objections are passed with superficial, late and deviated responses. I'm writing this complaint to reveal not only my own disappointment, but how mechanical and superficial large institutions can behave for people. I want other users to know that Allianz's attitude in this application process reflects an understanding that does not care about people and sees the customer only as a file number.
