Good selection of pouches and really affordable. Sadly it seems that the website is down and they don't sell anymore.

Made an order more than two weeks ago and have not received any shipping updates. I have contacted the company numerous times through email, Instagram and Facebook with no reply.

Scam!
I ordered 3 times, and the first 2 were smooth. But after I paid for my 3rd purchase, I did not receive anything! Now theyre ghosting me, not responding to my emails

No items, no answers to emails etc, no customer support. 0/5. Hopefully I'm able to get my money back.

One of my order was never shipped! Scam.

For some reason payment is not possible in Finland. Everything har worked perfectly, but now I haven’t been able to order in many weeks and nobody is answering my messages. I have tried to contact with Email, IG and FB.🙄

Funny how I saw a comment outlining my same exact situation. Ordered once, took like two weeks to arrive. Ordered second time for 56 or so euro. Didnt receive. They never sent it and never got back to the emails I left them. Even called. No response. I’d like my money back :)) i reckon this is a crime?

My first order was fine, slow delivery but products arrived within 2 weeks, all good.

Second order, I received a confirmation order but then never received the order. I never got a tracking email. I called the company and left voice messages. I send emails. I never heard back from them, radio silence. So they stole €50 from me with the second order.

I will never use them again.

3 weeks, no answer, guys what do we do now, how to get money back?

Tilauksen toimituksessa kestänyt kohta kuukausi ja asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa viesteihin...

Wat ik verontrustend vind , dat ze nog wel mailing doen.
Dus ze laten mensen nog steeds bestellen en betalen, maar leveren niet meer.
Omdat er geen contact meer te krijgen is, denk ik dat ze failliet zijn

Order "processing" now over 3 weeks. Tried contacting multiple times, no answer from them.
Everything worked well many times till now.

I made an order a month ago, nothing has arrived. Customer service does not respond to messages.

Last few orders came in quicky, this last order not so much.. got email saying thanks for order but yet to receive any kind of tracking. They wont respond to email or phone.. Dont order from here.

Orderd pouches for €80 about a month ago, has not been sent, they are not responding to e-mails, phone calls or instagram dm’s. Nothing. Dont EVER order your pouches here.

Beställde varor i början av Maj månad, fick svar att varan hunnit ta slut men de får snart in mera. Nu har jag försökt höra av mig till dom igen flera gånger, inget svar varken via telefon eller per epost.

Beställ inte härifrån!

Ik heb ook 3 weken geleden een bestelling gedaan en betaald. Nog niks ontvangen, ook geen track & trace. Reageren niet op email, telefonisch niet bereikbaar.
Hiervoor al meerdere bestellingen gedaan, dit ging perfect.

Ik denk dat dit bedrijf failliet is, of hard op weg daar naartoe. Bestellingen worden niet meer geleverd, sinds een paar weken.
