Extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my visa process. The firm demonstrated negligence, abandonment of duties, zero commitment, and a complete lack of professionalism.

I had to constantly chase them for updates, with little to no response. They showed no initiative, no follow-up, and no sense of responsibility, despite knowing how important and time-sensitive my case was.

Their carelessness and disinterest put me in a very stressful and risky situation.

I do not recommend their services at all. If you’re looking for professionals who will actually manage your case with the seriousness it deserves, look elsewhere.

Very fast to reply when you start with them, but when the process started they were supernslow and every time requesting more money for extra steps and documents. After a lot of time sending emails and lookig for answers, they told me IND says I have been one year without a visa and according to this "lawyer" they applied over a year ago and it was all good. Now I have a huge problem because this year without visa and they dont reply or offer any support, not even apoligies for their mistake.

All they do is leave you hanging and you must chase them for an answer on top of paying them. Might as well do it all yourself and save some time and money.

Terrible service. They don't respect required response times. They don't respond to customer emails, messages, or calls. They don't take customer needs seriously, nor do they take into account how the legal process affects their personal lives.

Don’t work with them if you don’t want to waste your money.
They lack professionalism and have no commitment to the client. They don’t respond on time, they don’t answer questions, and they leave everything half done. I felt like I had to constantly chase them just to get basic information. They take no responsibility, and it feels like the client is left completely alone throughout the process.
If you value your time and money, look for another option. Hiring this firm was a very bad decision. It’s not worth the risk to work with such an unreliable service

They just dont work faithfully or respectfully with their clients. It's all a huge mess with them. Nothing is clear and it feels like they are playing with you.
Horrible experience

Paid 2 services with this lawyer firm and both were absolute nightmares. Impossible to contact them, always with excuses and finally just not delivering the service they promised.
From simple things like not spelling my last name correctly every time I spoke to them, or providing an incorrect phone number for me to contact them, to big things like loosing multiple times the documents that I sent through their useless app or their multiple contact numbers, or just ghosting and not providing a clear answer to my questions.
On my last experience, I just realized a simple request on January, only to find out today (beginning of May) that they had received an answer in February but decided not to communicate it with me.
I got answers from them only when I pushed them and insisted, otherwise ill be sitting empty handed still.
Came to them from a friends recommendation, but I would never recommend them.
Also, I strongly believe that they are removing their bad reviews on google, because when I looked them up 4 years ago, they had a 3.2 stars review and now, magically, they show a 4.6 with 50 or more 5 stars reviews on the last year alone.
