Alpha Natura Avis 

I’ve been buying liquid stevia in large quantities for several years now. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the quality has declined significantly. Whereas I used to need just one teaspoon of liquid stevia to achieve a certain level of sweetness, I now need two full tablespoons of liquid stevia for the same sweetness. That’s four times the amount. At this price, that’s no longer acceptable to me. I informed the supplier, Alpha-Natura, about this decline in quality, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response. I’ll look for another supplier. There are plenty of them out there now.

I've ordered pure stevia several times, in larger quantities, because I was happy with the product itself.
However, I'm writing a negative review because the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Due to a misunderstanding, my payment was a bit later than the order, and that apparently was a major problem for them. After several emails, with proof of payment, I received little to no response. Therefore, I will now look for another supplier that offers stevia of equivalent quality.
