The customer feedback process is unnecessarily complicated and difficult to access. If I find it challenging, I can only imagine how difficult it may be for elderly customers. A QR code providing direct access to the rating page would make the process much simpler and more accessible.

While there is a wide choice of products in most shops (except for the smaller ones like Mandria), the quality of food in the vegetables section is a shame (ντροπή!). There are often rotten, melting vegetables. Finding fresh vegetables is a lottery; the packed vegetables or fruits have a good first layer that you can see, but there are rotten ones hidden underneath. I also got trimmed cheese with mold, although way before the expiration date. The non-fresh or rotten food seems to be sold more and more often (and at very high prices). I faced this at Limassol Ayia Fyla, Mandria, Paphos. I raised it each time, I got money back for some rotten products, but the situation is getting worse every day. The only reason I shop there is the convenience of the locations, and the need for many products in one go. Otherwise Alpha Mega would be on my NO list.

The great staff. The variety in products.

All very good

Good experience

The best of the best

The staff is polite and patient even with difficult customers

Πολύ μεγάλη επιλογή προϊόντων, άνεση, ποιότητα

..........

Alphamega is the place to shop
It’s always a pleasure, and never a flop
Whatever you want it’s always there
With prices just right and always fair

We regularly see friends both old and new,
The staff have welcoming smiles for you
We use the cafe, a nice place to relax
And enjoy a drink before we make tracks

And laden with bags were homeward bound
We’ll be back next week to the best shop in town.
