Can't deliver a parcel on time. Website states next day delivery, and charges £15 for the privilege and then parcel just gets delayed and told won't be here until Monday. Team defensive and claim nothing more they can do... not particularly helpful.

I needed a bespoke length of aluminium I rung up nothing was a problem I couldn’t find this anywhere else this firm is 10/10 and I got the next day so nice to speak to a human nowadays and deal with a proper firm

Dave was really helpful with my requirements. The powder coated aluminium tubing I ordered was cut to various lengths and arrived within a 0.5mm tolerance.
Superb service from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Pay for delivery for it not to be delivered to the stated address.
Poor at best
Do yourself a favour and order from someone who can deliver to the address given

Contacted customer service. They clearly couldn't care less. Basically called my wife a liar. Ups email to say nobody to accept the delivery. This was a lie, then they managed to get from my address to a shop within 45 seconds to then send another email stating it can be uplifted here. So instead of attempting a delivery I assume everyone in the areas delivery was bulk dumped at a local shop for you to then go and uplift. Discusting service from ups when delivery was paid for. Almost as disgusting as the customer services at aluminium online.

Again. Order from any of the many other suppliers who will at least attempt to deliver to the address you've paid for.

So, I shopped here a couple of times since my last review. Each time was 5*.

This experience was just the same, I ordered 6 more T-sections to make some pretty cool floor transitions that you couldn't source in shops for what I needed.

Not only was there phone/mail comms excellent, but I was interested in the powder coating. Seems pricey when you ask BUT the devil is in the detail. It's not really expensive for such an incredible job, they REALLY make the job I'm doing 5* too.

I would highly advise, if you're reading this thinking should I shop here, that you DO. Great people, great product, great paint job.

Only half of my order arrived, but all items were marked as complete on their site.

I called to ask for help with this and was told that the rest would be arriving on the same day, and it did not. I am still waiting for a real response and for the rest of my items.

This is my first time using them, but it has been a bad experience in regards to delivery and customer service.

Felt tip writing on mill finish aluminium stock. Real first day apprentice stuff - trying to be helpful ... So the extra job is to, hopefully, remove it with solvents.
Please don't mark up materials by direct marking, and if it is essential write on low tack masking tape and then stick it on.

Good customer service, I was able to talk to person on multiple occasions and email responses were prompt. Price was reasonable. There was an error on the order but company corrected quickly with no cost to me. Quality of goods received was very good, items well packaged and delivered in reasonable timescale. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to others.
