Seems like a great company

Seems like a great company. I've been using them for a few days now and the setup was fast, the servers are accurately advertised and the control panel is simple to use. The network connectivity is some of the best I've seen from a VPS, with low pings (and high speeds! 5Gbps!) to all of central Europe and the UK - they openly advertise their Looking Glass link at the bottom of their website, which many providers don't do, and they are very clear about what their service does or does not allow.

My one TINY gripe is that IP addresses aren't assigned via DHCP and are static. This means that if you plan on using a custom Linux distro, there's a bit more fiddling to do. I would prefer that the setup for this were a bit more "push button and go". That said, this will not affect most people and it's easy to work around - the FAQs even say to contact their support if there are any issues, so it's not like I can really complain.

My favorite vps hosting service

It is one of the best and most serious companies I am a customer of
VPS with powerful processors and fast NVME disks, very good network speed, sufficient traffic, IPv6 included, rDNS control panel, remote backup possible.Another one of the best and most serious companies I am a customer of. However, a refound policy is desirable.

Good prices

Good prices, everything you need for independent work. I give it 5 stars, but I would like to see a slightly more powerful VPS, like 12 cores, and more bandwidth.

Not the cheapest VPS on the market

but you get what you pay for. The latest hardware (EPYC Turin!!), uptime has been perfect (not a single downtime) and support replies quickly (got answer within 20 minutes on a Saturday night). Worth it if stability matters.

Unreasonable server blocking and complete lack of support

I used Alwyzon for several VPSs - in total I had 4 servers on which mail services were configured via Postfix for several domains. I did not send any spam - the mail was used only for testing and warming up via an external service.

Without any warning or evidence, Alwyzon was accused of “spam mailings” and blocked all my servers at once, even those that had nothing to do with mail. Support does not provide specific evidence and responds in a formulaic manner, without any desire to understand the situation.

As a result - loss of data, time and money. Complete lack of customer orientation. I do not recommend it to anyone who values ​​stability and honesty in relations with the provider.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam and unsolicited emails. However, we are always open to taking a second look to see if there was any misunderstanding or way to assist.

Unfortunately, after reviewing your case, the facts do not align with the statements made in this review. You ordered four Virtual Server XS instances a few days ago, set up mail servers on each for newly registered domains—without any visible legitimate usage; not even a website hosted on those domains—and immediately began sending unusually high amounts of emails. This resulted in all IPs assigned to your servers being blacklisted on major spam filtering services such as Spamhaus within just hours of becoming our customer.

We notified you about these blacklistings and forwarded the spam complaints to you, including samples of the reported emails, which advertised a very specific pharmaceutical product. We received no response until after your account was suspended five days later, at which point you described those messages as “legitimate sale emails.” As explained in our support communication, that activity clearly falls under the definition of unsolicited emailing or spam. Our decision therefore remains unchanged—such practices have no place on our network.

bad experiance

My experience with Alwyzon has been extremely disappointing, especially regarding their customer support and communication. I encountered an issue related to copyright infringement on my server, but I was never clearly or directly informed about any violation until my server was suddenly suspended, causing significant losses to my business.

I attempted to contact them for clarification and to request a chance to resolve the issue, but their responses were cold and uncooperative. My account was permanently terminated without any real opportunity to fix the problem or recover the server. The notifications they claim to have sent never reached me, and no effective technical support was provided to help me address the situation.

The company’s approach to handling customers during crises is very unsatisfactory, and it feels like client rights are not a priority. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to be cautious and to look for a provider that values transparency and respect towards its clients.

Your account has not been closed, and no payment was ever received. You attempted to order a server, but the transaction was declined by your bank. As a result, your order remained in a pending payment state and was never processed.

Regarding your support experience: all three of your tickets were answered within approximately 40 minutes. We understand your concern, but please note that all support requests are handled by real people, and it may take a short time to properly review logs and provide an accurate response with helpful suggestions. There is no need to create a second ticket after a few minutes to ask why the first ticket wasn't yet answered. Submitting multiple tickets within minutes can actually slow down the process for everyone.

Their servers are good, but the way they treat a customer sucks

Their servers are good, but their customer support is garbage and virtually no refund policy, even if it's been less than 14 days since a renewal date you can't change your mind ...

No firewall for their servers, if you use UFW, no place to run docker containers, since the containers will be exposed publicly.

Support is dismissive, it's been just 2 days since the renewal date and I've tried asking them for a refund politely, cause I changed my mind and they refuse! I reserve the right to change my mind.

Scrivo la recensione con 1 anno di utilizzo, utilizziamo Virtual Server S, infrasturuttura davvero eccellente velocità delle porte a quasi 3gbs come descritto nei pacchetti. Mai avuto Downtime server sempre Alwyzon. I prezzi rispetto ad altre compagni sono un poco alto ma ne vale la pena spendere per avere servizio ininterrotto. Assistenza tecnica sempre disponibile lato server, possono darti consigli davvero utili per sfruttare al meglio il loro servizio.
Grazie ragazzi, per me che faccio uso personale per ospitare i miei siti loro sono davvero bravi in questo.
Sono rimasto soddisfatto, consiglio.

Reliable and Fast

I’ve been using VPS (Virtual Server XS) for a few months to run my VPN server, and it’s been flawless. The server is fast, reliable and stable. The setup process was straightforward, and the performance is excellent. Highly recommend.

I heard about them on lowendtalk…

I heard about them on lowendtalk because I searched routed ipv6 subnets. I ordered a vps two times with my paypal and credit card. with no explanation, they closed my account. what a joke. avoid avoid avoid.

Edit:
The response from their support to my review is just pathetic. I Can't believe they're in industry. They're a joke. My account wasn't new.

We are sorry to hear about your frustration and understand your concern regarding the rejection of your order attempts. However, rest assured that we don’t easily reject new accounts. It always happens with thorough consideration and a valid reason.

Before we can deliver the first order of a new customer, the account information provided during signup (such as name, address and payment details) are verified to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations. If these checks indicate that some information is off, or a customer is considered a high risk to our business for other reasons, we are not able to offer any services and have to reject the pending orders. Trying to create additional orders after getting the first one rejected is also not helpful in such case and will not change the outcome of our assessment.

As for the lack of detailed reasoning, this is intentional and unfortunately necessary, as explained to you in the rejection email. Sharing the exact reasons would give abusers insights into our processes and allow them to create better fake accounts. To maintain the effectiveness of our system, we can thus not share this information with you. Thank you for understanding.
