Unlike traditional institutions which put more focus on theory with little skills to go along with them, ALX has proven to be the exact opposite of the status quo. Before starting the Data science course I had a thought that the only way to get better at this was to do a masters degree of which it's still a way but I needed somewhere to start and thats where ALX came in through their comprehensive and hands on program, from real life scenario like projects to their very elaborative theory content,I found the program to be highly comprehensive and thought-provoking to say the least.

ALX Africa introduces high-level coding concepts too quickly without providing clear, foundational guidance. The current examples and exercises are not enough for a beginner to truly grasp how coding works. I highly recommend simplifying the teaching methods, similar to how "Coding with Alex" does on YouTube, to better support new learners.

Alx has been an answered prayer to me. I happen to be very interested in acquiring a skill, which is in the field of cybersecurity. Elsewhere, it was quite expensive and the mode of teaching wouldn’t be favorable to me. This platform solved my challenges and provided this skill at an affordable price. You don’t just acquire a skill here, you are equipped with the knowledge the global market expects. Doing hard things makes you fit into whatever space you find yourself in.

Every thing was clear and the website is easy to navigate

Awesome Tech bootcamp as always. It is a bit demanding but it surely does fast track if you keenly do the work. Would recommend to anybody. Just sad most of the super programmes were discontinued. SE, BE, FE, AWS, SalesForce. Maybe some of them will come back, who knows. 4 stars because of the important discontinued programs.

ALX Academy is legit. The courses are very comprehensive and give you the foundation to advance in your career or general life The cost is cheaper than a week of Starbucks coffee.$50 pays for a whole year. The best part is most are self paced and you take up to 4 classes at a time.Thank you ALX.

I've been unable to make payment for almost a week now to start my course despite different means of making payment and it's annoying
