Very disappointed and will leave a review.

This appointment has been booked since Monday, I confirmed the appointment yesterday also, have just received a call to ask AGAIN, (Is it only one window) Which I had already made clear on Monday, and again yesterday, to be told they have a minimum of two window.

Waste of my time waiting at home for somebody that had no intention of coming to quote on one window.

Ambassador Home Improvement recently completed a job at my home in Dix Hills. When I first initiated contact with them; Gary, the owner was the one who came to my home. Gary, understood that most people work 9-5 jobs, and came to my house at a time when most other installers would be “unavailable”- This was not the case with Gary. I remember my first conversation with Gary… “Sure, whatever time works for you I’ll make myself and my staff available… I am 24/7”

I had contracted a pool company to install a new in ground 22x46 pool. Gary, from the start of the project was there when they began to dig. He was always in contact with the other company, constantly reviewing measurements, and carefully paying attention to every detail. It was great knowing Ambassador was there during this crucial time.

Now for the fun… What does one do with a hole in the ground, that is filled with water with absolutely zero landscaping, no pavers, no coping. Two words… “Call Gary”- or “Call Ambassador”

Ambassador created the most beautiful back yard, retaining walls, pavers, custom rock waterfall, diving rock, and graded the property. Every day the contractor would either call or text me updates of what they did, and what the plan would be for tomorrow. Ambassador wanted me to feel that I am not only a part of the process, but that my visions, and opinions were not pushed aside.

The workers came everyday on time, and often stayed late to finish whatever they were working on. I never once had to “Clean up” or be concerned about what was going on in my home, because I knew everything was under control.

Throughout the job, Ambassador was not only reliable, and trustworthy but truthfully showed care, and concern for the final product.

Homeowners often know the feeling when you complete one project or start another project it leads to another… Without any reservation, I would have Ambassador Home Improvement do every project for my home, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to do any home renovation (interior, exterior… etc. They do it all, and they do it well!)

We met Gary Zaccaro last week on extending the existing property. Gary came to our house and spent quality time in understanding our requirements and provided a very frank opinion on the matter. He took pains to go thru the entire survey and talk to officials at the township whether the project can be done or not. Gave a truthful opinion on the project. We did not go thru with the project due to variance issues. However, Gary's frankness and professionalism in handling the entire matter is what we liked and appreciated. Will certainly keep in mind for any future project. Thank You Very Much Gary.

We hired Ambassador to complete a renovation on our home which included a master bathroom and closet as well as a two-story extension.

Admittedly, I was somewhat anxious about this undertaking due to a very bad past experience with another contractor.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised with Ambassador! Our project manager was Joe F. and he was terrific!

Joe was extremely patient with all of my questions and helped me make decisions throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, knowledge, and responsiveness was superior. He often used good humor to guide me in the right direction and always gave me his honest opinion on things – even when it differed from mine. (And, by the way, Joe was usually right!)

The quality of Ambassador’s workmanship was excellent! I found their staff and workers to be trustworthy, professional, and friendly. They took pride in what they did, and I never worried about any of the workers being in be home.

I would highly recommend Joe and Ambassador for any of your home renovations!
