FedEx messed up an order because it missent an order to my PO BOX rather than my clearly marked street address. No ifs or buts Ammo man accepted unnecessary responsibility and is reshipping the order. I have been with them for 12 years with nary a problem…. I will remain with them for another 20 if they will have me🤓

Got an email about a sale. Only ammo I looked at was 308(200rds). Clicked add to cart and check out, then logged in since I had bought stuff in years past. Only after noticing the total did I realize a totally different caliber .40 (1000 rds) was what I got charged for. I emailed them immediately since it was 4am and they don't answer phones til 8am. They don't answer the phones by the way at that time only an answering machine. Tried up until 845 am. Left a message, never returned my call. They did respond to my email saying they don't cancel orders and that they are filled immediately. Tried telling me I must have been looking at 40 cal when I fact I only looked at 308 since that was my sole purpose for shopping. Couldn't explain how 308 didn't even end up in my cart.

So far I've bought over 6000 rounds of 556. The quality and service is impeccable. I will be ordering alot more. I've never had a misfire with this ammo.

I ordered almost $500 of ammo and received it in three days. Was delighted to find the ammo was exactly as advertised. I will be buying bulk ammo from Ammoman in the future!

I have been purchasing from ammoman for at least ten years now without any regret. Sales happen often and the sale price is usually below market value. You can earn points and anything North of $99 ships free. That is an insanely low free shipping threshold post Covid-and it ships faster than any other online ammunition store. They also give an accurate, detailed description of the product you are purchasing...wait for it...written by a human!

Delivery people did not follow instructions and put package on the porch no pictures so I didn't know exactly were they put it but probably dropped it over my unlocked gate a it's gone very unprofessional customer unservice FedEx didn't follow instructions and now ammoman wants me to call the police and have a report filled out by a very busy police force that does not have time to chase down packages the gave it to FedEx they failed to follow instructions now they the person that paid almost $300.00 in good faith to jump through all there hoops, totally unprofessional and unfair very sad situation.

I decided to give Ammoman a try. I ordered 1000 Winchester 115gr. 9mm loads around noon on Thursday, June 16, 2022, and received the FedEx free delivery a little before noon on Sunday, June 19th. The best and fastest service I have ever received.

I ordered the wrong product from Ammo Man.
I called to cancel. In this company "cancel" is not an option. You order it - you have to take it. The mistake in ordering was mine.
The mistake in not providing good customer service is theirs. They left me "stuck" with a product I don't want that they could easily re-sell.
In seems business is so good right now they really don't have to care. I'm hoping they change their policy on that one day.

I have used them for years and have had no problems at all.
I have used various credit cards and debit cards with no issues, either.
I get my order within a week of paying for it. My UPS man and FedEx man know that they can leave it on my porch without a signature.
I get the feeling that some of the folks that have difficulties are angry about something else.
I just placed another order in the last week and have received it, already.
