I had a very disappointing experience with AMS Circumcision Clinic. When we first went to them for our baby’s circumcision, they tell us your baby is not ready for circumcision and they advised us not to go to any other clinic and told us to come back after 5 months. We trusted their advice and waited. After 5 months, we returned, only to be told again that the baby was still not ready and to come back after 1 year. Again, they strongly discouraged us from going to any other clinic.

This back-and-forth caused unnecessary delay and stress for our family. Thankfully, we found another circumcision clinic in Manchester who were very professional. They came to our home, did the circumcision safely and quickly, and were surprised that it had been delayed for so long. They said there was no medical reason for waiting this long.

I would not recommend AMS based on our experience. We felt misled and poorly advised, and I hope they improve their communication and care for other families in the future.

This led to unnecessary worry and inconvenience, particularly because we had made arrangements based on the clinic's initial availability and assurances.

When dealing with procedures involving infants, families deserve thorough, evidence-based advice and considerate handling. In this instance, AMS Clinic failed to provide the professionalism and clarity that parents should be able to rely on. I hope the clinic takes this feedback constructively and improves both its communication and patient care protocols going forward.
