Sent wrong item, horrible return reperience.

Bought a $100 ring. Was sent a $5 piece of junk.
Had to go through email support for over 2 months dealing with constant hoops to jump through regarding the incorrect sent item. Ultimately I had to pay $20 to sent their junk back to Ukraine to receive my refund with no other reinbursement despite bringing this up, and this ordeal being their mistake. This is completely unacceptable for any business. All around a horrible experience. Do not purchase from this site if you value your money, or don't want to deal with 2 months of back and forth emails. I was close to accepting my losses and moving on, it felt like a miracle seeing my funds returned, despite losing the extra $20 + my sanity. Absolutely dreadful experience. Do not use this site!

This company is one of the worst…

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I ordered two necklaces from this company and instead of providing me a silver necklace and gold necklace that I paid for, they sent me two of the same necklace. I requested a shipping label so that I can return it and get a refund. It has now been almost a month and I still haven't received a shipping label nor a refund. I have followed up every week with no resolution. Honestly, you are better off ordering from Amazon or legit company. This company feels like a SCAM.

I want to clarify that on April 21, you contacted us requesting a refund, and our representative responded by letting you know that she was still waiting for our supplier to respond back. After that she informed you that you did not need to return the items, and that a refund would be processed.

Please understand that every concern goes through a process that involves review and verification—it doesn’t happen instantly, but we do our best to resolve each issue properly.

While we understand your disappointment, I’d like to point out that your refund has already been issued, which shows we’ve been working to make things right. If our company weren’t legitimate, that refund would not have been provided.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company!! They are fraudulent, scam artists, and liars!! For one, they are not a local company they ship items from japan, so if you do order something from them, they're estimated delivery time is way off. If you get your items at all, it will take a lifetime to receive them. They do not honor their refund policy. SHOPPER BEWARE!

You placed your order on April 4, 2025 (a Friday), and it was processed and picked up by the courier on April 10. At no point did we state that delivery would occur within 3–5 days. As clearly noted on our site, we ship nationwide and internationally, with fulfillment centers located in China, Vietnam, Japan, Ukraine, the UK, and across Europe.

On April 10, you emailed us saying you were excited about your order and couldn’t wait to receive it. However, just two days later, you contacted us again—this time threatening to report us to the BBB and leave negative reviews unless a refund was issued immediately.

Our team responded and explained that we couldn’t process a refund at that time because your order had already shipped. This is a standard policy across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon—once an item is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

According to tracking records, your order was delivered on April 19, and we did not receive any further communication from you after that.

We’re always committed to providing accurate service and fair resolutions, and we stand by our policies and fulfillment processes. If there’s anything else we can assist with, we’re here to help.

Customer service

This is a response to the response I received from Ancient treasurers. They said all the right things a customer would like to hear, but it was just a poo poo ending regarding my requests. Don't understand their customer service. Don't they want REPEAT buyers? The old saying is "you get more with honey then with vinegar". Again, it's all about customer service. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

Poor, very poor, Customer Service

I complained to you in May 2024, and you think so little of your customers that you don’t respond until late December 2024. I notice other customers didn’t get a response to their complaints for well over a year. How can you treat customers like this. I’d rather have no response that one 6 months to a year later. Really poor service all the way around.

Never received my order

Never received my order. To top it off they claimed it to be American.... N my tracking number started in china... Be careful.

Had l checked trust pilot I'd not have…

Had l checked trust pilot I'd not have bought from them. Over a dozen emails sent to them with auto generatorated messages sent back to me with the same answer as "resolution team" dealing with my claim for a refund. I tried to call but number doesn't exist. I only lost £60 and it's in the hands of PayPal who l advised to check trust pilot.
Don't go near ancient treasures they are a SCAM company it's that simple.

Purchased a necklace that was not as…

Purchased a necklace that was not as advertised. Was told to return it to an address in China where the shipping would cost any where from "over $20 to $176.00" The necklace was $30.00. The representative was less than helpful. Her response was "Regretfully, there is no other return address for the Vikings Jörmungandr Valknut Stainless Steel Necklace. As per our Returns & Refunds policy, the product must be returned to the address given to you by our staff and the return shipping is paid for and organized by the customer. " If the item provided isn't as depicted and the shipping is going to be as much as the item should inform customers they are going to have to return items internationally since your contact information is for OHIO where shipping would be relatively cheap.

I order 3 things from there website totalling in over 150 dollars one of the three items came in the other two never did and the "steel" necklace I ordered turned my skin green. I've contacted customer support several times and on the last email I finally got a response. Letting me know that it was not their fault and there was nothing they could do

This is a scammer company I ordered some things from Amazon some how they got my card number and sente a very ugly dragon bracelet that I did not want or buy I called them and they kept hanging up on me.

Ordered a Halloween costume that never…

Ordered a Halloween costume that never arrived. I have video on the front of the house and this was never delivered.
Tried speaking with customer service but they just told me to work with USPS. Company didn't send with any insurance so it's me that has to pay for nothing.
Company not interested in helping and won't even supply a business address (a requirement in order to file any claims with USPS)

I have had a good experience overall

There was a problem with my order originally but when I contacted customer service they got back with me very quickly to solve the problem and I was very pleased with everything that I received. Thank you so much for taking the time to make sure everything was dealt with so thoroughly and I received my items quickly.

Purchased a ring mid November as a…

Purchased a ring mid November as a Christmas gift. My niece wore it for 2 hours. It turned her finger black and green and has already chipping. I was informed they couldn't do anything about it because it is about a week out after the 30 days. Do not trust the site.

This is a scam site. Do not shop from them. The only response if you email them is a number saying someone will contact you and no one will. They do not return phone calls. Very shady!!! Beware the return label address also shady. When I Google the address it came up as a scam.

Avoid. Scam site! Do not trust!

Avoid! Things look a lot better on the website than in real life. Pay good money for poorly made goods. When I tried to return an item they wouldn't give me a return address and kept stalling for 2 months before feeding me some rubbish excuse about it being 'custom made' and therefore unreturnable. Yes the website says things are custom made but other than choosing the size, there was no customization. Definitely a scam site.
