Anderson Carpet One Floor & Home Avis 

Everyone was friendly, helpful and informative when I was shopping for flooring. The appointment for measuring my space was within days of my visit to Anderson Carpet. Next, the flooring was installed quickly and the installers moved my furniture back and cleaned up. I am very happy with the flooring, and the whole experience was great.

When looking for flooring stopped by the showroom. Due to the quality of the products offered and especially the expertise of the staff I purchased all my flooring needs here. Any issue I had was handled promptly and to my total satisfaction. Will be back when I do my next project.

Went to look at the stock Anderson Carpet One Floor had and we came away with good vibes. They took the time to show us what is available and best for our needs. Volunteered to do an estimate at our place with no fee. Did the ordering by email and it was done when they said it would be done. Did not need to be there. During the order, called a couple times with questions and all were answered promptly on the phone. The estimate also included what you need to know about carpets and how to prepare your home when the installers came. All useful info.

On time, Polite, excellent work

While some tried to make the problems right, one employee in particular (and he knows who he is) had an attitude that bordered on rude while working in my home trying to correct the issues. We should not have had to deal with that.

Ashley was great to work with and the installers were efficient, careful, and professional.

The salespeople were knowledgable and honest. They were responsive to phone calls. The carpet we bought was excellent as was the carpet installation. I would recommend Carpet One to everyone.

We got very high end carpeting for several rooms in our house. We were treated well, as were our furnishings. Any concerns were quickly and very satisfactorily handled.

I can mostly just give them a glowing review. I had tried another carpet company in the Lewes area who had an attitude and couldn't be bothered to help me when I was pretty ignorant. I called them (and later got good references for them from my property manager who knows everyone and is fair). They were responsive to calls and e-mails (except when they had a phone problem), They were just up the street so I felt like I could go by anytime, and also that it was a quick drive if they needed to check something.
It helped that they had done the floor for the previous owners, and knew what they had purchased before. They sent someone over to advise/measure (free, unlike their 'competitor') the day after I called, and he persuaded me not to get hardwoods since it would have been scratched more with the sofa bed, and would have been very noisy with the large TV and other surfaces.
He said I could replace the carpet 3 times for the price of hardwood, and was a better use of my money.
They did the job when they said they would (I had given them some leeway since no one was there and I had some time), but after replacing the carpet they realized they had done the cottage and not the house (mixup on where to enter and the amount of carpet was about the same). They went back two days later and did the house, and said no charge for the cottage!
Great attitude.

First the selection of flooring is excellent.
This is a family owned business and the customer service was excellent. We took the carpet board samples home to help us make our selection. We originally wanted to put a sisal runner on the stairs but as no manufacturer would oblige, Dawn helped us find a suitable replacement that had a similair "coastal look". We love the new runner.
The installer, who has worked for the company for 10+ years, clearly was happy with his job and the owners. He did a wonderful job, managing to complete the installation in spite of a slight yardage shortage and in a timely manner.
I will definitely use Anderson Carpet One Floor & Home for my future flooring needs.
